Operation Babylift
Operation Babylift was the name given to the mass evacuation of children from South Vietnam to the United States and other countries at the end of the Vietnam War (see also the Fall of Saigon), from April 3–26, 1975. By the final American flight out of South Vietnam, over 3,300 infants and children had been evacuated, although the actual number has been variously reported. Along with Operation New Life, over 110,000 refugees were evacuated from South Vietnam at the end of the Vietnam War.

Chí Hòa Prison is a functioning Vietnamese prison located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The prison is an octagonal building on a 7-hectare site consisting of detention rooms, jail cells, prison walls, watchtowers, facilities and prisoner's farmlands. The prison is one of 12 national prisons in Vietnam. Originally built by the French Indochina colonial government in 1943 (or 1939) to replace the Saigon Grand Prison, the prison was extensively used by all succeeding governments of Vietnam.

Tan Son Nhut Air Base
Tan Son Nhut Air Base (Vietnamese: Căn cứ không quân Tân Sơn Nhứt) (1955–1975) was a Republic of Vietnam Air Force (VNAF) facility. It is located near the city of Saigon in southern Vietnam. The United States used it as a major base during the Vietnam War (1959–1975), stationing Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine units there. Following the Fall of Saigon, it was taken over as a Vietnam People's Air Force (VPAF) facility and remains in use today.

Vinh Nghiem Pagoda
Vĩnh Nghiêm Pagoda is a pagoda in an area of 6,000 m² at 339, Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa street, Ward 7, District 3 Ho Chi Minh City. This is the first pagoda in Vietnam to be built in Vietnamese traditional architecture style but with concrete. The highest structure in this pagoda is the 7-story, 40m-high tower. This pagoda houses and worship of one buddha and two bodhisattvas: Gautama Buddha, Manjusri, Samantabhadra.

Saigon Railway Station
Saigon Railway Station is a railway station in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This station is the largest and most important railroad transportation hub of Vietnam as Ho Chi Minh City is the largest city and the economic center of Vietnam. The original station was located across from Ben Thanh Market in District 1 and the current station, originally a baggage holding and shipping center, was constructed in early 1930s by the French colonists, as part of the Hanoi-Saigon Railway.
Binh Hung Hoa Cemetery
Binh Hung Hoa Cemetery (Vietnamese: Nghĩa trang Bình Hưng Hòa) was formerly the largest cemetery in the urban area of Ho Chi Minh City. It was located in the suburban outskirts of the city but due to the rapid urbanization of Ho Chi Minh City, the urban area eventually eclipsed the cemetery. There are several illegal houses built in and around the cemetery, and an estimated 300,000 residents live among the tombs.

Giác Lâm Pagoda
Giác Lâm Pagoda is a historic Buddhist pagoda in Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in Vietnam. Built in 1744, it is one of the oldest temples in the city. It was officially listed as a historical site by the Vietnamese Department of Culture on November 16, 1988 under Decision 1288 VH/QD. The pagoda is located at 118 Lạc Long Quân, in the 23rd ward of Tân Bình district, in the Phú Thọ Hòa region of the city. It stands on Cẩm Sơn, and is also known as Cẩm Đệm and Sơn Can.

Army Stadium (also known as Stadium of Military Zone No. 7; Vietnamese: Sân vận động Quân khu 7) is a stadium on Hoang Van Thu street, Tan Binh District, near Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City. It has a capacity of around 25,000 and is one of the largest stadiums in the city. This stadium was one of the venues of 2007 AFC Asian Cup finals, hosted by four South-East Asian countries, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. 1975 Tan Son Nhut C-5 accident
The Tan Son Nhut C-5 accident refers to the 4 April 1975 crash of Lockheed C-5A Galaxy serial number 68-0218 participating in Operation Babylift. The C-5 crashed on approach during an emergency landing at Tan Son Nhut Air Base, South Vietnam. The cause was ascribed to loss of flight control due to explosive decompression and structural failure. The accident marked the second operational loss and first fatal crash for the C-5 Galaxy fleet. It is also the deadliest accident involving a U.S.
