National Assembly (Venezuela)
The National Assembly is the legislative branch of the Venezuelan government. Miraflores Palace
The Palacio de Miraflores (Spanish for "Miraflores Palace") is the official workplace of the President of Venezuela. It is located on Urdaneta Avenue, Libertador Municipality in Caracas. It was started on 27 April 1884 under the direction of Giuseppe Orsi and was intended as the family residence of Joaquin Crespo. Also participated: painter Julián Oñate, Juan Bautista Sales and his team of esculptors, decorators, wood cavers, constructors - who erected the European-style Miraflores Palace.

The Central University of Venezuela (or Universidad Central de Venezuela, UCV, in Spanish) is a premier public University of Venezuela located in Caracas. Founded in 1721, it is the oldest university in Venezuela and one of the oldest in the Western Hemisphere . The main university campus, Ciudad Universitaria de Caracas, was designed by architect Carlos Raúl Villanueva and it is considered a masterpiece of urban planning and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000.
Estadio Olímpico (Caracas)
The Estadio Olímpico de la UCV is a multi-purpose stadium in Caracas, Venezuela. It is a multipurpose stadium with a running track used primarily for the practice of football, athletics and rugby, which is part of the Ciudad Universitaria de Caracas and as such named a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the most important stadiums of Venezuela and one of the oldest in the country. Anecdotally, the Venezuela national football team has not played at this stadium as of September 3, 2003.

University City of Caracas
The University City of Caracas (Spanish: Ciudad Universitaria de Caracas) is the main Campus of the Central University of Venezuela. It was designed by the Venezuelan architect Carlos Raúl Villanueva and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000. The Ciudad Universitaria de Caracas is considered a masterpiece of architecture and urban planning and is the only university campus designed by a single architect in the 20th century that has received such recognition by UNESCO.
National Pantheon of Venezuela
The Panthéon is a building on the northern edge of the old town of Caracas, Venezuela. It was originally built as a church, but is now used as a famous burial place. The entire central nave is dedicated to Simón Bolívar, with the altar's place taken by the hero's bronze sarcophagus, while lesser luminaries are relegated to the aisles.
Bolivarian University of Venezuela
The Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela (UBV, English: Bolivarian University of Venezuela) is a state university in Venezuela founded in 2003 by decree of President Hugo Chávez. The UBV is a part of the Chávez government's "Mission Sucre" social programs, which aim to provide free higher education to the poor. Consequently, enrollment at the UBV is free and open to all, regardless of academic qualifications, prior education or even nationality.
Brígido Iriarte Stadium
Estadio Brígido Iriarte is a multi-purpose stadium in Caracas, Venezuela. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of the Venezuelan Primera División team Real Esppor Club and two teams of the second tier league. The stadium currently holds 10,000 people. It was completely renovated in 2007.

Caracas Athenaeum
The Caracas Athenaeum (known in Spanish as the Ateneo de Caracas) is a cultural institution centred on the arts. It is currently located in Macaracuay, at the Southeast corner of Caracas, after having been expelled by the Bolivarian government from its premises located in the area of Los Caobos, Caracas, Venezuela. Its former building hosted two theatre auditoriums, a concert hall, a library, a gallery, a cinema, rehearsal rooms, a café, as well as numerous offices.
Andrés Bello Catholic University
Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) is a private university in Venezuela. One of the biggest universities in Venezuela, UCAB has campuses in several cities, such as Caracas (where the main campus is located), Los Teques, Guayana and Coro. Named for Venezuelan writer Andrés Bello, UCAB was founded in October 1953 by the Society of Jesus (Episcopado Venezolano a la Compañía de Jesús).

Cocodrilos Sports Park
Cocodrilos Sports Park is a multi-use stadium in Caracas, Venezuela. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the part time home stadium of Caracas Fútbol Club along with Estadio Brígido Iriarte. The stadium holds 3,500 people.

José Rafael Revenga
José Rafael Revenga (24 November 1786 – 9 March 1852) was a minister of foreign affairs of Gran Colombia (1819–1821). He contributed to the 1818 foundation of the weekly Correo del Orinoco, and negotiated Great Britain's recognition of Gran Colombia as an independent country. He is buried in the National Pantheon of Venezuela.

1812 Caracas earthquake
The 1812 Caracas earthquake took place in Venezuela on March 26, 1812 at 4:37 p.m. It measured 7.7 on the Richter magnitude scale. It caused extensive damage in Caracas, La Guaira, Barquisimeto, San Felipe, and Mérida. An estimated 15,000-20,000 people perished as a result, in addition to incalculable material damage. The seismic movement was so drastic that in a zone named Valecillo a new lake was formed and the river Yurubí was dammed up.
Centro Financiero Confinanzas
Centro Financiero Confinanzas also known as Torre de David (the Tower of David), is an unfinished skyscraper in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. It is the third highest skyscraper in the country after the twin towers of Parque Central Complex. The construction of the tower began in 1990 but was halted in 1994 due to the Venezuelan banking crisis. As of early 2013, the building remains uncompleted.
Mosque of Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Ibrahim
The Mosque Ibrahim Ibin Abdul Aziz Al-Ibrahim or Caracas Mosque is a mosque in the El Recreo district of Caracas. It is the second largest mosque in Latin America after the King Fahd Islamic Cultural Center in Buenos Aires. The construction of the mosque began in 1989 by Sheikh Ibrahim Bin Abdulaziz. The building was designed by architect Zuhe Fayez. The mosque occupies an area of 5000 m²; its minaret is 113 metres high (the highest in Latin America). The dome is 23 metres high.
La Chiquinquirá Church (Caracas)
La Chiquinquirá Church (Spanish: Iglesia La Chiquinquirá) is a church in Caracas, Venezuela. La Chiquinquirá Church is the largest Catholic church in Caracas, located in a fortress-like building with a high tower. The church contains some notable statues and paintings. The church is dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá.
Centro Simón Bolívar Towers
The Centro Simón Bolívar Towers TCSB also known as the Towers of Silence are two 26-story twin towers measuring 103 meters high built during the 50s. Were opened to the public on December 6, 1954 and the same is located in the center of the city of Caracas called El Silencio. They are defined as a functional architecture that includes the idea of arts integration.
