Yesler Terrace, Seattle
Yesler Terrace, a 22 acre (89,000 m²) public housing development in Seattle, Washington was, at the time of its completion in 1941, that state's first public housing development and the first racially integrated public housing development in the United States. It occupies much of the area formerly known as Yesler Hill, Yesler's Hill, or Profanity Hill.

The Battle of Seattle was a January 26, 1856 attack by native Americans upon Seattle, Washington. At the time, Seattle was a settlement in the Washington Territory that had recently named itself after Chief Seattle (Sealth), a leader of the Suquamish and Duwamish peoples of central Puget Sound.
Seattle Buddhist Church
The Seattle Buddhist Church (built 1940–41) is a Japanese Jodo Shinshu Buddhist temple in Seattle, Washington, USA. Although it was designed by Japanese American K.A. Arai, the architect of record was Pierce A. Horrocks, because Arai lacked an architectural license. It replaced an earlier Seattle Buddhist Church (1906–1908, Charles W. Saunders & George Willis Lawton) that was torn down as part of the Yesler Terrace project. The building is a designated Seattle landmark.
East Kong Yick Building
The East Kong Yick Building is one of two buildings erected in Seattle, Washington's Chinatown-International District ("the ID") by the Kong Yick Investment Company (the other being the West Kong Yick Building). A four-story hotel in the core of the ID, with retail stores at ground level, the East Kong Yick was created by the pooled resources of 170 Chinese American pioneers. Largely unoccupied in recent years, it reopened its doors as the home of the expanded Wing Luke Asian Museum.
Jose Rizal Bridge
The Jose Rizal Bridge carries 12th Avenue South across South Dearborn Street and Interstate 90 in Seattle, connecting the International District to Beacon Hill. Built in 1911, and originally called the 12th Avenue South Bridge or the Dearborn Street Bridge, it was one of the first permanent steel bridges in Seattle. It was renamed in honor of the Filipino patriot José Rizal in 1974, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
Connolly Center
Connolly Center is a 1,050-seat multi-purpose arena in Seattle, Washington. It was built in 1959 and is home to the Seattle University Redhawks basketball and volleyball teams.

Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center
The Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center (LHPAC) is an arts venue in Seattle, Washington, USA, operated by Seattle Parks and Recreation and named after African American writer Langston Hughes. The building has Seattle landmark status. Dating from 1915, it was originally a synagogue, designed by B. Marcus Priteca for the Orthodox Jewish congregation Chevra Bikur Cholim, now Bikur Cholim Machzikay Hadath.
