Seattle Pacific University
Seattle Pacific University (SPU) is a Christian university of the liberal arts, sciences and professions, located on the north slope of Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, Washington, USA. It was founded in 1891 by the Oregon and Washington Conference of the Free Methodist Church as the Seattle Seminary. It became the Seattle Seminary and College in 1913, changed names again to Seattle Pacific College in 1915, and took its present name in 1977.

Kerry Park is a 1.26 acres park on the south slope of Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, Washington, located at the corner of 2nd Avenue W. and W. Highland Drive. According to a plaque on a wall in the park, "Kerry Park [was was] given to the City in 1927 by Mr. and Mrs. Albert Sperry Kerry, Sr. , so that all who stop here may enjoy this view. " That view encompasses downtown Seattle, Elliott Bay, the West Seattle peninsula, Bainbridge Island, and Mount Rainier.
Lower Queen Anne, Seattle
Lower Queen Anne is a neighborhood in Seattle, Washington, at the base of Queen Anne Hill. While its boundaries are not precise, the toponym usually refers to the shopping, office, and residential districts to the north and west of Seattle Center. The districts to the west of the Center are also known as Uptown. The neighborhood is connected to Upper Queen Anne—the shopping district at the top of the hill—by an extremely steep section of Queen Anne Avenue N.
Myrtle Edwards Park
Myrtle Edwards Park in Seattle, Washington is a 4.8-acre public park along the Elliott Bay waterfront north of Belltown. It features a 1.25-mile long bicycle and walking path and is a good place to see eagles, gulls, and crows. The park's original name was Elliott Bay Park, but was renamed after the late city councilwoman Myrtle Edwards in 1976 after her family withdrew her name from what is now Gas Works Park.

Queen Anne High School (Seattle, Washington)
Queen Anne High School (1909–1981) was a Seattle Public Schools high school on Galer Street atop Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, Washington. The building was converted to condominium apartments in 2007. The school was built in 1908 with additions in 1929 and 1955, and is on the National Register of Historic Places (ID #85002916). It is also an official City of Seattle landmark. QAHS closed in 1981 due to decreasing enrollment.
Seattle Repertory Theatre

Magnolia Bridge
The Magnolia Bridge, built in 1930, connects the Seattle neighborhoods of Magnolia and Interbay over the filled-in tidelands of Smith Cove. It is one of only three road connections from Magnolia to the rest of Seattle. It carries W. Garfield Street from Magnolia Way W. in the west to the intersection of Elliott and 15th Avenues W. in the east. Having been damaged in the 2001 Nisqually earthquake, it is currently scheduled for replacement.
Kinnear Park
Kinnear Park is a 14.1-acre park on the southwest slope of Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, Washington, USA located between W. Olympic Place on the northeast, W. Mercer Place and Elliott Avenue W. on the southwest, the 9th Avenue W. right of way on the west, and the 6th Avenue W. right of way on the east. It is two-tiered, with a lawn and open space atop the cliff, and a wooded area below.
Balmer Yard
Balmer Yard is a rail yard located in the Interbay neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The yard is owned by BNSF Railway, and was built by predecessor Great Northern Railway as Interbay Yard. As part of a modernization in the late 1960s, which included a 16-track hump, it was renamed after former GN vice president Thomas Balmer. The nearby engine servicing area is still known as Interbay. The yard is over 80 acres in size and has 41 parallel tracks for switching cars.
Queen Anne Boulevard
Queen Anne Boulevard is a 6.0-kilometre loop atop Seattle, Washington's Queen Anne Hill. It is a City of Seattle landmark. Authorized in 1907 and built from 1911 to 1916, it incorporates parts of 5th, 7th, 8th and 10th Avenues West; Bigelow Avenue North; West Blaine, McGraw, Wheeler, Fulton and Raye Streets; Smith, McGraw, and Wheeler Streets; and West McGraw and McGraw Places.
Seventh Church of Christ, Scientist (Seattle, Washington)
The former Seventh Church of Christ, Scientist, located at 2555 8th Avenue, West (corner of West Halladay Street) in the Queen Anne Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, is an historic Christian Science church edifice. Built in 1926, it was designed by noted Seattle architect Harlan Thomas in the Neo-Byzantine, Mission Revival and Spanish Colonial styles.
Center for Sex Positive Culture
The Center for Sex Positive Culture or CSPC (formerly known as The Wet Spot) is a non-profit, membership-based organization located in Seattle, Washington. It organizes events and provides space for several different sex-positive subcultures, notably BDSM, swinging, and polyamory groups. It caters to both heterosexual and LGBT people. Marshall Park (Seattle, Washington)
Marshall Park is a 0.78-acre park in Seattle, Washington. Once known as "Phelps Place", the small park across from Parsons Garden provided a viewpoint for sightseers until the expansion and improvement of Queen Anne Boulevard. In 1960, the park was named after the Marshalls. Betty Bowen Viewpoint was added to the park in 1977–1978.
Queen Anne Masonic Lodge
Queen Anne Masonic Lodge is one of the oldest buildings on top of Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, Washington. The building was originally constructed to be the telephone exchange in the early 1900s, and is directly across the street from the Queen Anne Library. The building was bought in 1927 by Queen Anne Lodge #242 of the Grand Lodge of Washington, at which time the building received it's present name, in honor of the branch of the fraternity it housed.
