Magruder, Virginia
Magruder was a small unincorporated town in Virginia near Williamsburg in York County. Now extinct, it once had its own church, post office, cemetery, lodge, and homes. Magruder is considered one of the many lost towns of Virginia. The land on which it stood is now part of the US military reservation known as Camp Peary.

Camp Peary is an approximately 9,000 acre military reservation in York County near Williamsburg, Virginia. Officially referred to as an Armed Forces Experimental Training Activity (AFETA) under the auspices of the Department of Defense, Camp Peary is rumored to host a covert CIA training facility known as "The Farm". Camp Peary has a sister facility, "The Point", located in Hertford, North Carolina.
Albert-Daly Field
Albert-Daly Field is a multi-use sports facility located in Williamsburg, Virginia on the campus of the College of William and Mary. It is home to the soccer and lacrosse teams for the college. The facility was paid for thanks in large part to a sizable challenge grant made by Jim and Bobbie Ukrop. The Ukrops suggested that the field be named in honor of long time soccer coaches Al Albert and John Daly.
Bruton High School
Bruton High School is a high school located east of Williamsburg in the unincorporated community of Lightfoot in York County, Virginia. It is part of the York County School Division and opened in 1976. Athletic teams compete in the Virginia High School League's AA Bay Rivers District in Region I. Bruton houses the York County School of the Arts, the county's fine arts magnet program.
Queen's Creek
Queen's Creek is located in York County in the Virginia Peninsula area of the Hampton Roads region of southeastern Virginia in the United States. From a point of origin near the Waller Mill Reservoir in western York County it flows northeasterly across the northern half of the Peninsula as a tributary of the York River.
Ewell, Virginia
Ewell was an unincorporated town in James City County west of Williamsburg, in the U.S. state of Virginia. Ewell was named for Benjamin Stoddard Ewell (1810-1894) who was a U.S. and Confederate army officer, and civil engineer. A local farmer, he is best remembered for his presidency of the College of William and Mary in nearby Williamsburg during turbulent times for the school before and after the American Civil War.
