Cave Spring, Virginia
Cave Spring is a census-designated place (CDP) in Roanoke County, Virginia, United States. The population was 24,922 at the 2010 census. Cave Spring covers much of the area known locally as "Southwest County" which has the most affluent suburbs of Roanoke. It is part of the Roanoke Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Tanglewood Mall
Tanglewood Mall is a shopping mall in southwest Roanoke County, Virginia. It originally opened for business in 1973. The mall is currently managed by Urban Retail Properties. Tanglewood was approaching "dead mall" status at one point, but appears to be on the road to recovery with extensive renovations. The Roanoke Valley Governor's School for Science and Technology is located in the Grandin Court neighborhood of Roanoke, Virginia on the campus of Patrick Henry High School, and was established in 1985 as a result of the cooperative effort of seven regional school districts to improve education in mathematics and science. North Cross School is an independent, coeducational, college-preparatory day school in Roanoke, VA that serves children from age three through twelfth grade.
