Ballston–MU (WMATA station)
Ballston–MU is a side platformed Washington Metro station in Arlington, Virginia, United States. The station opened on December 1, 1979, and is operated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). The station presently serves only the Orange Line, but is also planned to be on the Silver Line, which is scheduled to start operations in 2013. The station serves the transit-oriented community of Ballston, Ballston Common Mall as well as Marymount University (MU).

The Custis Trail is a hilly 4 miles, paved bicycle trail in Arlington County, Virginia that extends from Key Bridge at Rosslyn westward to the Washington & Old Dominion Railroad Trail. It connects at its east end to the Mount Vernon Trail, which continues east and south along the Potomac River to Mount Vernon and at its west end to the Washington & Old Dominion Railroad Trail, which continues northwest to Purcellville, Virginia.

WDCN-LP
WDCN-LP is a low-power television station in the Washington, DC area, broadcasting locally on channel 6. Currently broadcasting in Spanish, it was slated to adopt a dance music format under a lease agreement with Mega Media, a company which operates a similar station on channel 6 in New York City, WNYZ-LP. Like WNYZ, WDCN was supposed to be branded as "Pulse 87" and was slated to begin broadcasting in June 2009, but financial problems at Mega Media has put those plans in limbo.
