Daybreak (community)
Daybreak is a master-planned community over 4,000 acres (16 km²) in size being built by land development company Kennecott Land in South Jordan, Utah. Home construction began in 2004 and the community is expected to continue building for the next 18 to 20 years. When completed, it will contain more than 20,000 residential units and approximately 9.1 million square feet (850,000 m²) of commercial space.
South Towne Center
South Towne Center is a shopping mall in Sandy, Utah, United States, located just east of Interstate 15 on 10600 South. The property, built in 1986, contains 1,300,000 square feet of retail space with 150 stores and restaurants. It is managed by The Macerich Company. In early 2013, Macerich announced that they have put the mall up for sale and have several interested buyers.

The Living Planet Aquarium
The Living Planet Aquarium located in Sandy, Utah, United states, is home to 1550 animals representing 294 species. Utah and Salt Lake Canal
The Utah and Salt Lake Canal is an historic waterway in Salt Lake County, Utah. It was financed wholly by Salt Lake County, and construction lasted from 1872 to 1881. It was built "with only basic tools and contracted manual labor. " The settlement that became present-day Riverton, Utah was limited to the Jordan River bottoms until this canal was constructed.
South Jordan Canal
The South Jordan Canal is an historic waterway in Salt Lake County, Utah. It was completed in 1876. The canal took water out of the Jordan River in Bluffdale and for the first time brought it above the river bluffs in what is now South Jordan. As a result of the new canal, most of the families settled among the bluffs moved up away from the river onto the "flats" above the river which they could now irrigate.
