Lagoon Amusement Park
Lagoon is an amusement park in Farmington, Utah, United States located about seventeen miles (27 km) north of Salt Lake City. It is privately owned. It has nine roller coasters, three of which are unique; one of these being Colossus the Fire Dragon, which is the only Schwarzkopf Double Looping coaster still in operation (Laser at Dorney Park closed at the end of the 2008 season). Another is the park's largest and fastest coaster, Wicked (2007).
Utah Botanical Center
The Utah Botanical Center is a botanical garden located in Kaysville, Utah, and is a Utah State University (USU) distance education site. Originally located in Farmington, the garden moved to the current location in Kaysville in 1999. Through USU Extension, the center offers a Giving Garden, a 12,000 acre community farm. The farm is maintained by community members and all produce is donated to local food banks.

Wicked is an launched steel roller coaster located at Lagoon Amusement Park in Farmington, Utah. It opened on June 1, 2007. It is currently the tallest roller coaster at Lagoon. It is noticeable for being located at the front-side of the park and is easily seen from I-15. It has a green track with mostly silver supports with the only exception being bright yellow supports on the launch tower.
Wild Kingdom Train Zoo
Wild Kingdom Train Zoo is a small zoo located in Lagoon Amusement Park, Farmington, Utah, United States. Visible when riding the Wild Kingdom Train, the zoo is located on the banks of a pond. In 1967 the Animaland Train opened, taking guests past the various animal exhibits. The name of the attraction was changed around 1975 to the Wild Kingdom Train. The park has advertised the zoo as the second-largest zoo in Utah.

The Spider is a steel spinning roller coaster made by Maurer Söhne of Germany. The ride is located at the Lagoon Amusement Park in Farmington, Utah. The Spider was installed at Lagoon in 2003, but shut down on opening day due to a wheel malfunction. The ride re-opened one week later and has been running regularly since. The Spider features spinning ride vehicles that can seat two sets of two passengers, facing in opposite directions.

United Airlines Flight 2860
United Airlines Flight 2860 was a scheduled cargo flight from San Francisco, California to Chicago, Illinois, with an intermediate stop in Salt Lake City, Utah. On December 17, 1977, operated by one of the airline's McDonnell Douglas DC-8-54AF Jet Traders, registration N8047U, the flight crashed into a mountain in the Wasatch Range near Kaysville, Utah. All three crew members, the only occupants of the plane, were killed in the accident.
Heber C. Kimball Gristmill
The Heber C. Kimball Gristmill was built in 1853 under the direction of Heber C. Kimball. Constructed within what was known as North Mill Cañon, the gristmill ground grains for nearly 40 years. During a period of a few years, the mill employed trained bears which were captured in the mountains east of the mill. Once burr mills became obsolete due to the invention of roller mills, the building was employed as an entertainment center.

The Farmington Rock Chapel or Rock Church, built between 1861-1863 in the town of Farmington, Utah, is one of the oldest churches still in use in Utah. The Primary Association of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was founded by Aurelia Spencer Rogers in the rock church in 1878 with 224 children and now serves millions of children worldwide, adding additional historic significance.
