Texas Southern University
Texas Southern University (shortened to Texas Southern, or simply TSU) is a historically black university (HBCU) located in Houston, Texas, United States accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The University was established in 1927 as the Houston Colored Junior College, through its private college phase as Houston Colored College. On March 3, 1947, the state declared this to be the first state university in Houston and it was renamed Texas State University for Negroes.

John O'Quinn Field at Corbin J. Robertson Stadium (often referred to as simply Robertson Stadium) was a multi-purpose stadium in Houston, located on the campus of the University of Houston. It was the home of the Houston Cougars football and women's soccer teams. Jeppesen Gymnasium
Jeppesen Gymnasium, also known as Jeppesen Fieldhouse, was a multi-purpose sports facility on the campus of the University of Houston in Houston, Texas. The facility was the first home to the Houston Cougars men's basketball team, and later home to the Cougars women's volleyball team. Located next to Robertson Stadium, the facility was demolished in 1996 to make room for renovations of Robertson Stadium such as the current scoreboard.
Cullen Performance Hall
Cullen Performance Hall is a concert hall located on the campus of the University of Houston in Houston, Texas. The hall, comprising the eastern half of the E. Cullen Building, was named in honor of Ezekiel W. Cullen, a former congressman for the Republic of Texas. The facility seats 1,544, and hosts music, opera, dance, theatrical events, and public lectures. Opening in 1950, the facility was designed by Alfred C. Finn.

Cullen Building, is a building that serves as the main administrative headquarters of the University of Houston and the University of Houston System. It is named in honor of Ezekiel Wimberly Cullen, a former congressman of the Republic of Texas, and grandfather of building financier Hugh Roy Cullen. The building was designed by Texas architect Alfred C. Finn in the Art Deco style, and opened in 1950.
New Houston Cougars Stadium
New Houston Cougars Stadium is a planned American football stadium that is currently under construction in Houston. The stadium will host the Houston Cougars football team, which represents the University of Houston in college football. Ground broke for construction of the stadium in December 3, 2012, and its estimated cost is $105 million. The location of the stadium will be on the University of Houston campus, and will be built upon the site of Robertson Stadium.
