Cinco Ranch, Texas

Cinco Ranch is a census-designated place and master-planned community located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Houston within Fort Bend and Harris counties in the U.S. state of Texas. The population was 18,274 at the 2010 census. It lies about 25 miles west of the Harris County seat of Houston and 10 miles north of the Fort Bend County seat of Richmond. Cinco Ranch is considered to be part of the Greater Katy area and is roughly 10 miles southeast of the city of Katy.

Memorial Parkway, Texas

Memorial Parkway is a neighborhood in unincorporated Harris County, Texas, United States, east of the city of Katy. Memorial Parkway was built in the 1970s, and the 1980s. The neighborhood is operated by the Memorial Parkway Homeowners Association (MPHOA). It is one of the oldest subdivisions on the Mason Road corridor. It is flanked on the west by the expanding commercial corridor of Mason Road, and on the East by the residential parkway of Westgreen Boulevard.

Forbidden Gardens

Forbidden Gardens was an outdoor museum of Chinese culture and history located at Texas Highway 99 and Franz Road in northern Katy, Greater Houston, Texas, USA. The museum was funded and opened by business man Ira Poon in 1996. Forbidden Gardens closed in 2011.

Cimarron is an unincorporated community in Harris County, Texas, United States. In 1975 the homeowner's association was incorporated and the first house was constructed. The home values remained stable through the oil bust and the late-2000s recession.
