Houston (Amtrak station)
The Houston Amtrak station is a train station in Houston, Texas, United States served by Amtrak, the U.S. national railroad passenger system. The present station, which opened to passengers on October 26, 1959, was built by the Southern Pacific Railroad to replace the former Grand Central Station which was located just to the east of the current property. That station operated from September 1, 1934 until the property was sold to the U.S.

Fonde
The Fonde Recreation Center, often known simply as Fonde (pronounced "fon-DEE") or Fonde Rec, is a public gym near downtown Houston, Texas. Fonde is most well known for its basketball courts, which have been the proving ground for numerous NCAA and NBA basketball players during the summertime. Among the basketball legends that have played at Fonde are all-time greats such as Hakeem Olajuwon, Moses Malone and Clyde Drexler.

The Kiam Building is a brick building constructed in 1893 in Houston, Texas. It was originally built as a clothing store. The building was designed by H. C. Holland as a five story office building with ground level stores. The building still has its original colors.
Downtown Aquarium, Houston
Downtown Aquarium is a public aquarium and restaurant located in Houston, Texas, United States that was developed from two Houston landmarks: Fire Station No. 1 and the Central Waterworks Building. The aquarium is located on a 6-acre site at 410 Bagby St. in downtown Houston. It houses over 200 species of aquatic animals in 500,000 US gallons of aquariums. The complex includes two restaurants, a bar, and banquet facilities.
