Cedars is a DART Light Rail station located in the Cedars neighborhood of south Dallas, Texas. It is located at Belleview and Wall Streets, just south of Downtown Dallas. It opened on June 14, 1996, and is a station on the Red and Blue lines, serving Old City Park with connecting service to Fair Park, as well as the Dallas Police Department headquarters.

Dallas Convention Center
The Dallas Convention Center, originally the Dallas Memorial Auditorium, is a meeting hall, event/convention center and civic center in the Convention Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas. The original Dallas Memorial Auditorium was designed by George Dahl in 1957. The dome is supported by one column. It holds approx 10,000 seats. Dahl was responsible for the renowned Art Deco building at the Dallas Fair Park, as well as many other Texas landmarks.
Farmers Market, Dallas
The Dallas Farmers Market is a large public market located at 1010 S. Pearl Expressway in the Farmers Market District of downtown Dallas, Texas. Beginning in the late 19th century, farmers began selling their fresh produce in various locations from their wagons. Around 1900, the intersection of Pearl and Cadiz streets became the hub of a brisk wholesale business. Large quantities of produce were sold along with chickens, pigs, goats, and eggs.
Earle Cabell Federal Building and Courthouse
The Earle Cabell Federal Building and Courthouse, named for Earle Cabell and located in the Government District of downtown Dallas, Texas, is a large courts building that houses a variety of federal and state courts. The building houses United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, which exercises original jurisdiction over 100 counties in North and West Texas, United States Bankruptcy and Magistrate Courts and a United States Attorney office.
Confederate War Memorial (Dallas)
The Confederate War Memorial in Dallas, Texas, is a monument commemorating the deeds of those who fought on the Confederate side of the American Civil War, including four of its greatest leaders. The monument is located in Pioneer Park Cemetery in the Convention Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas, next to the Dallas Convention Center and Pioneer Plaza. The monument is made of granite and marble, with a 60 foot pillar rising into the sky topped with a Confederate soldier.
1700 Pacific
1700 Pacific is a skyscraper located at 1700 Pacific Avenue in the City Center District of Dallas, Texas. The building rises 655 feet (132 meters) and contains 50 floors of office space. It is the seventh tallest building in the city, at 655 feet (200 m) and has fifty floors. It was the second tallest in the city when is was completed in 1983, trailing only Renaissance Tower. The land on which 1700 Pacific sits was once two triangular blocks separated by Live Oak Street.
Whitacre Tower
Whitacre Tower, also known as One AT&T Plaza, and formerly known as One Bell Plaza and One SBC Plaza, is a 37-story high-rise in Downtown Dallas, located adjacent to the Akard Street Mall. It serves as headquarters for AT&T and for Southwestern Bell Telephone, who operates as "AT&T Southwest". The building is 580 feet (177 m) tall and was constructed in 1984. Currently, it is the 13th-tallest building in the city.
Praetorian Building
The Praetorian Building, also known as Stone Place Tower, is a 15-story, 58 m high-rise at Main Street and Stone Street in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas. The building was constructed in 1909 and is regarded as the first skyscraper in Dallas, and in Texas. It remained the tallest building in the city until 1912.
Tower Petroleum Building
The Tower Petroleum Building (also known as The Tower Building) is a historic Art Deco Skyscraper located at 1907 Elm Street in the City Center District of Downtown Dallas. The tower, a contributing property in the Harwood Historic District, features Zig-zag Moderne styling and was designed by architect Mark Lemmon.
Main Street Garden Park
Main Street Garden Park is a 1.75-acre public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA The $17.4 million park was primarily funded through the City of Dallas’ 2003 and 2006 bond programs and is the first of several planned downtown core parks, including Pacific Plaza Park and Belo Garden Park. Main Street Garden replaced Pegasus Plaza as the site for major downtown events throughout the year.
Mercantile Continental Building
The Mercantile Continental Building is located at 1810 Commerce Street in downtown Dallas, Texas. It is a contributing structure at the edge of the Government District and adjacent to Main Street Garden Park. The building was built and owned by Mercantile National Bank and connected to their complex by an underground walkway.
Pegasus Plaza
Pegasus Plaza is a public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas. Located at the corner of Akard and Main Street in the Main Street District, the plaza takes its name from Pegasus, the iconic sign atop the adjacent Magnolia Hotel and the mythical flying horse. The shaded plaza includes several fountains and is used for concerts, festivals and Christmas celebrations.
Omni Dallas Hotel
The Omni Dallas Hotel is a 23-story, 1001-room hotel at the Convention Center District in Dallas, Texas. Groundbreaking occurred on September 15, 2009. The building was topped out on October 21, 2010. The $500 million hotel is owned by the City of Dallas and is attached directly to the Dallas Convention Center. The hotel formally opened on November 11, 2011. The hotel features several restaurants and bars.
Pioneer Park Cemetery
Pioneer Park Cemetery is a conglomeration of four graveyards with the remains of several of the city’s earliest founders. It is located in the Convention Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas and directly east of Pioneer Plaza. It is the final resting place for four Dallas mayors, the city's early business leaders and heroes of the Texas revolution. Also located in the cemetery is the Confederate War Memorial.
Pioneer Plaza
Pioneer Plaza is a large public park located in the Convention Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas. It contains a large sculpture and is a heavily visited tourist site. Adjacent to the plaza is the Pioneer Park Cemetery which features the Confederate War Memorial. Together, it is the largest public open space in the Dallas central business district.

The Dallas Downtown Historic District is a 55.5-acre area in downtown Dallas, Texas, United States that was designated a historic district in 2006 to preserve the diverse architectural history of the area. It was expanded by over 35 acres in 2009.

The former Dallas Public Library, now known as Old Dallas Central Library, is a multi-level civic structure located at 1954 Commerce Street in downtown Dallas, Texas. It is located on the edge of the Farmers Market District and adjacent to Main Street Garden Park. It is a contributing property in the Harwood Historic District and, along with the adjacent Dallas Statler Hilton, represents the best block of mid-twentieth century architecture in Dallas.
