Grand Ole Opry
The Grand Ole Opry is a weekly country music stage concert in Nashville, Tennessee, that has presented the biggest stars of that genre since 1925. It is also among the longest-running broadcasts in history since its beginnings November 28, 1925, as a one-hour radio "barn dance" on WSM. Dedicated to honoring country music and its history, the Opry showcases a mix of legends and contemporary chart-toppers performing country, bluegrass, folk, gospel, and comedic performances and skits.

Hendersonville is part of the Nashville Metropolitan Statistical Area and is located 18 miles northeast of downtown Nashville. The city was settled around 1784 by Daniel Smith, and is named for William Henderson. In 2009 Hendersonville was named as one of the ten best cities for families by Family Circle Magazine.

Madison, Tennessee
Madison is a neighborhood in northeast Nashville, in the U.S. state of Tennessee. It is incorporated as part of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. Historically, Madison acted as a connecting suburb until being annexed into Nashville in 1963 due to the consolidation with Davidson County. It was famous for its lavish Christmas decorations, and includes the Conway Twitty Mansion and Memorial Gardens. Since Twitty's death, it has been converted into a Christian music venue owned by the Trinity Broadcasting Network.

It is owned by Gaylord Hotels, a division of Ryman Hospitality Properties (formerly known as Gaylord Entertainment Company), and operated by Marriott International. It is the largest non-casino hotel in the Continental United States outside of Las Vegas. Also ranking as the 28th in the List of largest hotels in the world.

Old Hickory, Tennessee
Old Hickory is a section of metropolitan Nashville named in honor of President Andrew Jackson who was nicknamed "Old Hickory. " This area is located in the Hadley Bend section of eastern Davidson County. The area is probably best known for being a former company town as the site of a large DuPont plant. Many of the houses in Old Hickory were built to house Dupont employees and supervisors in the early days of the factory's existence.
Wabash Cannonball (roller coaster)
Wabash Cannonball was a steel corkscrew roller coaster at the now-defunct Opryland USA theme park in Nashville, Tennessee. Built by Arrow Dynamics in 1975, it was the second roller coaster added to the park following the Timber Topper. Located in the State Fair section of the park, the ride was built in an area previously occupied by the park's buffalo exhibit.

Rivergate Mall (officially RiverGate) is a shopping mall located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Built in 1971, the mall originally included three anchor stores: JCPenney, Cain-Sloan, and Castner Knott. A wing featuring Sears, dozens of new parcels, and a food court was added in 1989. Linens 'n Things arrived in 2003. This store closed in 2008 and became SmartBuys in 2009. Incredible Dave's, a restaurant and entertainment center, replaced a mall wing in 2009.

Neelys Bend Middle School
Neely's Bend Middle School (commonly NBMS) is a public school in northeast Nashville, Tennessee, part of Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. The school is named after Neely's Bend on the Cumberland River on which it is located. The school opened in September 1963 as Neely's Bend Junior High, and has since served a variety of grades ranging from fifth through ninth grade. The school currently serves grades five through eight.
