Knox County, Tennessee
Knox County is a county in the U.S. state of Tennessee. As of the 2010 census, the population is 432,226. Its county seat and largest city is Knoxville. The county is at the geographical center of the Great Valley of East Tennessee. Near the heart of the county is the origin of the Tennessee River at the union of the Holston and French Broad Rivers. The county is included in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area.

WTNZ is the Fox-affiliated television station for the central portion of East Tennessee, licensed to Knoxville. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 34 from a transmitter on Sharp's Ridge in the city's Arlington section. Owned by Raycom Media, WTNZ has studios on Executive Park Drive in Knoxville's Green Valley section. The station is also carried on channel 11 on most cable systems in the Knoxville area.
Sharp's Ridge
Sharp's Ridge is a steep limestone ridge in Knoxville, Tennessee, north of the city's downtown. A 111-acre area of the 7-mile ridge is maintained as Sharp's Ridge Memorial Park, a city park dedicated to the honor of the area's war dead. The ridge also is the site of a transmitting antenna farm that serves most of Knoxville's broadcasters. The highest ground point on the ridge is an abandoned fire tower located at 1,391 feet (424 m) above mean sea level.
WYLV
WYLV is a non-commercial non-profit Contemporary Christian radio station broadcasting on 88.3 MHz in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. WYLV began in February 1993 broadcasting on 89.1 FM with programming from the Morning Star network. In September 1999, the station changed to a local format with onsite staff and dj's. On January 1, 2011, the station became an affiliate of the Air 1 network after being sold to Educational Media Foundation.

North Knoxville
North Knoxville is the section of Knoxville, Tennessee, USA, that lies north of the city's downtown area. It is concentrated around Broadway, Clinton Highway, Tazewell Pike (TN-331), Washington Pike, and adjacent roads, and includes the neighborhoods of Fountain City, Inskip-Norwood, Oakwood-Lincoln Park, Old North Knoxville, Fourth and Gill, North Hills, and Whittle Springs.
