First Tennessee Field
First Tennessee Field was the name of a proposed minor league baseball stadium planned for construction in Nashville, Tennessee. The new ballpark was to sit on the banks of the Cumberland River in downtown Nashville, on the former site of the Nashville Thermal Transfer Plant. It would have been home to the Nashville Sounds, a Triple-A baseball team of the Pacific Coast League, replacing Herschel Greer Stadium.
Music City Star
The Music City Star is a commuter rail service running between Nashville and Lebanon, Tennessee. The service uses the existing track of the Nashville and Eastern Railroad. The line currently has six stops: Riverfront Station, Donelson, Hermitage, Mt. Juliet, Martha, and Lebanon. The operation covers 32 miles of rail line. Service began on September 18, 2006.
