Penn State New Kensington

Penn State New Kensington, located 25 miles northeast of Pittsburgh in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, is one of twenty-four campuses that make up Pennsylvania State University. Burrell High School is a public high school located at 1021 Puckety Church Road, Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania. Part of the Burrell School District, the building houses grades 9 through 12. Valley Sports Complex

Valley Sports Complex is an ice hockey rink and sports facility in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. Initial planning for the project began in 2002. It is the home ice of the Burrell High School, Fox Chapel Area High School, Knoch High School, and Plum High School hockey teams. The opening was delayed until 2003 because of legal and zoning issues. In 2009, the facility went into receivership amid financial difficulties.
