Bryn Mawr (from Welsh for "big hill") is a census-designated place (CDP) in both Radnor Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, just west of Philadelphia along Lancaster Avenue and the border with Delaware County. Bryn Mawr is located toward the center of what is known as the Main Line, a group of picturesque and affluent Philadelphia suburbs stretching from the city limits to Malvern.
Haverford College
Haverford College is a private, coeducational liberal arts college located in Haverford, Pennsylvania, United States, a suburb of Philadelphia. All students of the College are undergraduates, and nearly all reside on campus. The College was founded in 1833 by area members of the Orthodox Philadelphia Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) to ensure an education grounded in Quaker values for young Quaker men.

The ticket office at this station is open weekdays 6:05 a.m. to 6:05 p.m. excluding holidays. There are 254 parking spaces at the station. Bryn Mawr Campus Arboretum
Bryn Mawr Campus Arboretum (135 acres) is an arboretum located across the campus of Bryn Mawr College, 101 North Merion Avenue, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. It is open daily without charge. The campus was first designed by Calvert Vaux (1824-1895), with a final design drawn up in 1884. Very little of this design was ever implemented, however.
Haverford College Arboretum
The Haverford College Arboretum (216 acres) is an arboretum located across the campus of Haverford College, in Haverford, Pennsylvania. It is open daily without charge. The arboretum's beginnings stretch back to 1831, when the campus property was purchased. The college itself was founded two years later. In 1834 William Carvill laid out the campus in a style influenced by noted landscape architect Sir Humphry Repton.

Harcum College

Harcum, “the College of Possibilities,” Philadelphia region's oldest independent, two-year college, was founded in Bryn Mawr, PA in 1915 by Edith Hatcher Harcum and her husband Marvin. It was the first college in Pennsylvania authorized to grant associate degrees.
Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church
Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church is a church in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and is part of the PCUSA denomination. BMPC is one of the 20 largest churches in the denomination with over 3000 members. The church was founded in 1873 and has become well known on the Main Line for involvement in many community projects. The choir, directed by Jeffrey Brillhart is also well known and has sung in Russia, Brazil, Cuba and South Africa. The current (interim) senior pastor is Jim Carter.

Dolobran
Dolobran is a Shingle Style house at 231 Laurel Lane in Haverford, Pennsylvania. It was designed by architect Frank Furness for shipping magnate Clement Griscom in 1881, and was expanded at least twice by Furness. The estate served as a summer house for Griscom, his wife, and five children.
