Endeavor, Pennsylvania

Endeavor is a community in Hickory Township, Forest County, Pennsylvania, along Allegheny National Forest, on Pennsylvania Route 666. The town is the site of the oldest mill in Pennsylvania, erected in 1834. The community was named after the Christian Endeavor Society, who were the original inhabitants of the town. Before it was called Endeavor, it was called Stowtown.

The Goschgoschink Path, later known as Mead's Path, begins at the junction of the Great Shamokin Path at The Big Spring near Luthersburg, Brady Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.
