It is the only high school in the Pine-Richland School District and is located in Pine Township, Pennsylvania. According to the National Center for Education Statistics, in 2010, the school reported an enrollment of 1,467 pupils in grades 9th through 12th, with 81 pupils eligible for a federal free or reduced price lunch.

The principal was previoiusly Dr. Kathleen Harrington, but following her retirement in 2010 a new principal is yet to be named, and the assistant principal is Aaron Cornell.
