Puzzletown, Pennsylvania is a small region, formerly known as Marionsville or Poplar Run, in Blair County, Pennsylvania. It is found at the bottom of a valley which leads up to Blue Knob, the second-highest mountain in the state and part of the Allegheny Front, the eastern edge of the Appalachian Plateau. It is a rural area with a population of three to five hundred at its most liberal definition and less than one hundred at its most restrictive.

At 2,704 ft above sea level it is the lesser in elevation when compared to Schaefer Head (2,950 ft), Round Knob (2,791 ft), Cattle Knob (2,842 ft) and Ritchey Knob (2,865 ft).
