Freedom Township is a township in Blair County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Altoona, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 3,261 at the 2000 census.
Puzzletown, Pennsylvania
Puzzletown, Pennsylvania is a small region, formerly known as Marionsville or Poplar Run, in Blair County, Pennsylvania. It is found at the bottom of a valley which leads up to Blue Knob, the second-highest mountain in the state and part of the Allegheny Front, the eastern edge of the Appalachian Plateau. It is a rural area with a population of three to five hundred at its most liberal definition and less than one hundred at its most restrictive.
Pine Knob (Pennsylvania)
Pine Knob is a peak in the Allegheny Mountains of Pennsylvania. This mountain is a satellite peak of its larger neighbor Blue Knob. At 2,704 ft above sea level it is the lesser in elevation when compared to Schaefer Head (2,950 ft), Round Knob (2,791 ft), Cattle Knob (2,842 ft) and Ritchey Knob (2,865 ft).

Ritchey Knob is a summit located on the Blue Knob massif. This mountain is connected to Pine Knob (Pennsylvania) and forms the northern most summits of the massif. Ritchey Knob is the fourth highest of this grouping behind Blue Knob 3,136 feet, Herman Point 3,034 feet and Schaefer Head 2,950 feet .
