WBVE is a classic rock music formatted radio station in the Bedford, Pennsylvania, market. The station is owned by Cessna Communications, Inc. The station's initial construction permit was granted on December 18, 1987, with the callsign WAYC-FM. The new station broadcast for the first time on February 1, 1988 with a Top 40 format. On September 1, 1994, the station flipped to a country music format as WWCW-FM.

Kinton Knob
Kinton Knob is a peak in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. Kinton Knob marks the north end of Wills Mountain where it abruptly ends just southwest of the town of Bedford.
