University of Portland
The University of Portland (UP) is a private Roman Catholic university located in Portland, Oregon, United States. It is affiliated with the Congregation of Holy Cross, which also founded UP's sister school the University of Notre Dame. Founded in 1901, UP has a student body of about 3,600 students. It is widely known for its women's soccer program, which won the 2002 and 2005 Division I NCAA Women's Soccer Championships. UP is ranked 6th in the west for Regional Universities by U.S.

E. Henry Wemme
E. Henry Wemme (1861–1914) was a wealthy businessman in Portland, in the U.S. state of Oregon. He was an active business investor during the pioneering era of automobiles and aviation. A farmer's son born in the village of Crostau, Kingdom of Saxony, Germany as Ernest Heinrich Wemme, he had only a grade-school education. Chiles Center
The Earle A. & Virginia H. Chiles Center is a 4,852-seat multi-purpose arena in Portland, Oregon, USA. The arena opened in 1984. It is home to the University of Portland Pilots men's and women's basketball teams as well as the women's volleyball team. It hosted the West Coast Conference men's basketball tournament in 1992 and 2007. The arena is also used as for other athletic tournaments as well as for concerts and other special events such as high school graduations.
Portland International Raceway
Portland International Raceway (PIR) is located in Portland, Oregon, USA's, Delta Park complex on the former site of Vanport, just south of the Columbia River. It is west of a light rail station and less than a mile west of Interstate 5. The track hosts ICSCC and SCCA and OMRRA road racing, the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West, and SCCA autocross events. Additionally, the PIR grounds are host to OBRA (Oregon Bicycle Racing Association) bicycling races on the track and the surrounding grounds.

Northwest Heights, Portland, Oregon
Northwest Heights is a neighborhood on the west side of Portland's West Hills. The neighborhood’s main thoroughfare is NW Skyline Boulevard, which snakes along the spine of the hills, with pockets of residential development cascading down the slopes. Vaughn Street Park
Vaughn Street Park was a baseball park located in Portland, Oregon. It opened in 1901, and was torn down in 1956. Its primary tenant was the Portland Beavers Pacific Coast League team. During a stretch when the club was tagged as the "Lucky Beavers", the ballpark was also sometimes called Lucky Beavers Stadium. Today, the site is an industrial property, with no traces of the stadium remaining except for a plaque.

Balch Creek
Balch Creek is a 3.5-mile tributary of the Willamette River in the U.S. state of Oregon. Beginning at the crest of the Tualatin Mountains (West Hills), the creek flows generally east down a canyon along Northwest Cornell Road in unincorporated Multnomah County and through the Macleay Park section of Forest Park, a large municipal park in Portland. At the lower end of the park, the stream enters a pipe and remains underground until reaching the river.

Formerly called Portland Brewing Company, it was bought by Pyramid Brewery in 2004, and Pyramid was bought by Magic Hat Brewing Company in 2008. West Side CSO Tunnel
The West Side Combined Sewer Overflow Tunnel (also West Side Big Pipe) is a tunnel in Portland, Oregon, United States. It is to receive and store overflow from the combined sewer system before it can reach the Willamette River. The main tunnel is 14 feet in diameter and 3.5 miles long for a capacity of 2,850,000 cubic feet and connects to dozens of smaller sewer overflow interceptors along the west side of the Willamette River.
Joe Etzel Field
Joe Etzel Field is a 1,000 seat baseball stadium in Portland, Oregon that is home to the University of Portland Pilots baseball team. Completed in 2005, the Andy Pienovi Hitting Facility is the baseball team's practice facility. It is located in foul territory in left field. Preliminary campus expansion plans include moving the baseball field from its current location to one down on the waterfront in the Triangle Park property.

Pier Park (Portland)

Wallace Park (Portland, Oregon)
Wallace Park is a city park in northwest Portland, Oregon. The park was acquired in 1920, and is named after Hugh W. Wallace, the city councilman responsible for getting the property allocated as a city park. One art installation in the park is a 1980 sculpture by Manuel Izquierdo called Silver Dawn. Also located within the park and surrounding school yard exist eleven bronze objects, created by artist Bill Will in 1998, "tucked away in unexpected places".
