Okfuskee County, Oklahoma
Okfuskee County is a county located in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. As of the 2010 census, the population was 12,191, an increase of 3.2 percent from 11,814 at the 2000 census. Its county seat is Okemah. The county is named for a former Muscogee town in present Cleburne County, Alabama, that in turn was named for the Okfuskee, a Muscogee tribe.

Thlopthlocco Tribal Town, a federally recognized Muscogee Indian tribe, is headquartered in Okemah. The population was 3,223 at the 2010 census, a 6.1 percent increase from 3,038 at the 2000 census. About 26.6 percent of the residents identified themselves as Native American.
