Wyandot County is a county located in the state of Ohio, United States. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 22,615, which is a decrease of 1.3% from 22,908 in 2000. Its county seat is Upper Sandusky. Its name comes from the Wyandot Indians and is variously translated from their language as "around the plains" and "dwellers on the peninsula".
