Kent State University (also known as Kent, Kent State, and KSU) is a public research university located in Kent, Ohio, United States. The university has eight campuses around the Northeast Ohio region with the main campus in Kent being the largest. Other campuses are located in Ashtabula, Burton, East Liverpool, Jackson Township, New Philadelphia, Salem, and Warren, Ohio.
Brady Lake, Ohio
Brady Lake is a village in Portage County, Ohio, United States. The population was 464 at the 2010 census. Incorporated in 1927, it originally developed as an amusement park and summer resort that opened in 1891. It was formed from a small portion of Franklin Township and became fully independent of the township in 1993.
Sugar Bush Knolls, Ohio
Sugar Bush Knolls is a village in Portage County, Ohio, United States. It was formed from portions of Streetsboro and Franklin townships in 1964. The population was 177 at the 2010 census. It is essentially made up of a single affluent subdivision. The community has the highest median household income in the Akron Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Dix Stadium
Dix Stadium is a stadium in Kent, Ohio, United States. It is primarily used for American football, and is the home field of the Kent State Golden Flashes football team. It lies at the far eastern end of the KSU campus along Summit Street, just east of State Route 261 and is the center piece of what has become an athletic complex. From 1997-2005, the field hockey team also played its games at the stadium until a new field hockey stadium was constructed behind Dix Stadium.

Theodore Roosevelt High School (Kent, Ohio)
Theodore Roosevelt High School (abbreviated RHS or TRHS), often referred to as Kent Roosevelt or Roosevelt, is a public high school in Kent, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in Kent and the Kent City School District and serves students in grades 9–12 living in Kent, Franklin Township, Brady Lake, and Sugar Bush Knolls as well as a small portion of southern Streetsboro. As of 2012, enrollment was 1,350 with 118 teachers for a student–teacher ratio of 11:1.
Midway Drive-In (Ohio)
The Midway Drive-In Theater near Ravenna, Ohio, USA is one of two drive-ins operated by John Knepp. Originally built in 1955 by famed drive-in architect Jack K. Vogel, the drive-in was one of the last drive-ins standing with a Vogel screentower. It is named for being located in western Ravenna Township "midway" between the cities of Ravenna to the east and Kent to the west along Ohio State Route 59. The theater was designed, built, and operated by the Vogel family.
Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center
The Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center, also known as the MAC Center, MACC, and previously as Memorial Gym, is a multi-purpose arena on the campus of Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, United States. Partially Buried Woodshed
Partially Buried Woodshed is a work of land art created by Robert Smithson. It was created at Kent State University in January 1970. The work has since been demolished, and only concrete remains in the grass. It is located southeast of the Liquid Crystal Institute building on the Kent State University main campus.

The Kent City School District is a public school district based in Kent, Ohio, United States. It serves just over 3,500 students living in Kent, Franklin Township, Brady Lake, and Sugar Bush Knolls, as well as a small portion of southern Streetsboro.
Kent Free Library
The Kent Free Library is a public library located in Kent, Ohio, United States. Opening in 1892, it was originally the result of the first use of an 1892 Ohio law which allowed municipalities under 5,000 to tax residents for library support. In 1903 the library moved to its current location, funded mainly by an $11,500 gift from Andrew Carnegie. It is part of the Portage Library Consortium, which includes the Portage County Library District and Reed Memorial Library in nearby Ravenna.
Streetsboro High School
Streetsboro High School is a public high school in Streetsboro, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Streetsboro City School District. Their nickname is the Rockets. Streetsboro High School is the home of high school radio station WSTB, popularly known as 88.9 The Alter-Nation. On June 1, 2010, the building suffered a fire that started in the gymnasium. Because of heavy smoke and water damage, the district was forced to shut down the school for the remainder of the school year.

Kent State University Ice Arena
The KSU Ice Arena is a two-rink ice complex located on the campus of Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, United States. The building contains two ice arenas, one with seating for 1,500 fans that is used for ice hockey and figure skating, with the other rink used for general skating. The two rinks are connected by a large lobby and snack bar. The facility also includes a meeting room and a skate-sharpening service.
Stanton Middle School (Kent, Ohio)
Stanton Middle School is a public middle school located in Kent, Ohio, United States. It is the only middle school in the Kent City School District and serves the district's 810 students in grades 6-8. Located at the opposite end of the same campus that houses Theodore Roosevelt High School, it opened in 1999 as a replacement for the former Davey Middle School, which became an elementary school. Anthony Horton was hired as principal in 2012.
Memorial Stadium (Kent)
Memorial Stadium was a stadium in Kent, Ohio, USA on the campus of Kent State University that served as home of the Kent State Golden Flashes football and track and field teams from 1950 through the 1968 season. Although Kent State had fielded a football team since 1920, Memorial Stadium was the team's first stadium as they had previously played on a field behind Merrill Hall in the old section of campus.
