Little Mountain (Ohio)
Little Mountain is a hill on the border of Lake County's Concord Township and Geauga County's Chardon Township in Ohio, U.S. , with an elevation of 1,227 feet . It, along with nearby Gildersleeve Mountain, Brown Mountain, and Thompson Ledges, is located along the northern ridge of an extension of the Allegheny Plateau. The first permanent modern settler arrived at Little Mountain in 1815.

Chardon High School shooting
The Chardon High School shooting occurred on February 27, 2012, at Chardon High School in Chardon, Ohio, United States. Three male students died within the two days following the incident. Two other students were hospitalized: one of whom sustained several serious injuries requiring extensive rehabilitation, the other with a minor injury. The seriously injured victim will use a wheelchair for life. A sixth student sustained a superficial wound.
