Blue Ash Airport, also known as Cincinnati-Blue Ash Airport, was a public airport located in Blue Ash, Ohio, United States, but owned by the City of Cincinnati. Located 16.5 miles northeast of downtown Cincinnati, it served as a general aviation reliever for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Established in 1921, the airfield was one of the first in operation in the United States, and it became Ohio's first municipal airport when Cincinnati purchased it in 1946.

Sharonville Transmission is a Ford Motor Company transmission factory in Sharonville, Ohio. Sharonville has long been the backup site for production overflows from Livonia Transmission, and currently produces transmissions for the Ford Crown Victoria rear wheel drive sedans. Ford is cutting some production at Sharonville as those products near the end of their lifespan, but the plant is likely to continue with workers transferring from the Batavia Transmission plant as that factory is closed.
WJVS
WJVS (88.3 FM) was a student-run radio station in Cincinnati, Ohio and operated by the Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development, and based at the Sharonville, Ohio school. On May 10, 2012, the station's transmitter failed, and the station, which had been scheduled to permanently shut down May 18, decided to end broadcasting. WJVS shared its frequency with WAIF also located in Cincinnati.

Brought in from Warren County the home and the land were purchased by John Hayner in 1862.
