Park Avenue Tunnel (roadway)
The Park Avenue Tunnel passes under Park Avenue in the New York City borough of Manhattan, leading towards Grand Central Terminal. Due to the construction of Grand Central Terminal and the removal of tracks, the north end has been reconstructed for a steeper approach.

The Lincoln Building (now known as One Grand Central Place) is an office building located at 60 East 42nd Street in New York City, opposite Grand Central Terminal. It was completed in 1930. The architect was James Edwin Ruthven Carpenter, Jr. It is 673 feet tall with 53 stories and built in neo-gothic style.
10 East 40th Street
10 East 40th Street or the Mercantile Building is a skyscraper located in the Murray Hill section of New York City, between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue, taking the width of the block between 39th and 40th streets. Designed by Ludlow & Peabody and built by Jesse H. Jones, it was finished in 1929 and is considered part of the art deco school of architecture. When it was built, it was the fourth-tallest tower in the world.

Williams Club
The Williams Club is in residence at the Princeton Club of New York for alumni of Williams College. Until 2010, it was its own private club. The Williams Club was founded in 1913 by Williams alumni in New York City as a place to socialize. The club was originally located at 291 Madison Avenue in a building donated by Mary Clark Thompson, wife of Williams alumnus Frederick Ferris Thompson. Campbell Apartment
The Campbell Apartment is a public bar and cocktail lounge located in a corner of Grand Central Terminal in New York City. It faces Vanderbilt Avenue. Contrary to its name, the space was never an apartment, but was once the office of American financier John W. Campbell, who served on the New York Central's Board of Directors.
2007 New York City steam explosion
The July 18, 2007 New York City steam explosion sent a geyser of hot steam up from beneath a busy intersection, with a 40-story-high shower of mud and flying debris raining down on the crowded streets of Midtown Manhattan in New York City, New York, United States. It was caused by the failure of a Consolidated Edison 24-inch underground steam pipe installed in 1924, at 41st Street and Lexington Avenue, near Grand Central Terminal, just before 6 p.m.
East Side (Manhattan)
The East Side of Manhattan refers to the side of Manhattan Island which abuts the East River and faces Brooklyn and Queens. Fifth Avenue, Central Park, and lower Broadway separate it from the West Side. 425 Fifth Avenue
Developed by RFR Davis 425 5th Avenue is a 618 ft skyscraper at East 38th Street in New York City. It was constructed from 2001 to 2003 and has 56 floors. It has 197 units and is the 73rd tallest building in New York City. The building was topped off in April 2002, and was opened in September 2003.
Silk Centre
The Silk Centre was an area of business property, composed of buildings and lofts, which opened in Manhattan (New York), in 1924. It was adjacent to a car-barn site, numerous clothing firms, and advertising agents located within a block or two of this corner. Harper & Brothers was also situated on East 33rd Street. The Silk Centre was located in Midtown (Manhattan) between two great railroad terminals and close by the hotel district of New York City.
34th Street (IRT Third Avenue Line)
34th Street was a local station on the demolished IRT Third Avenue Line. The station was served by Third Avenue local trains and a shuttle to the 34th Street Ferry. Third Ave service originally had two tracks and two side platforms. During the Dual Contracts, a center express track was built. The shuttle to the ferry was served by two tracks and an island platform attached to the northbound side platform. North of the station the westbound track of the shuttle merged with the main line.
34th Street (IRT Second Avenue Line)
34th Street was a station on the demolished IRT Second Avenue Line. It had two levels. The upper level had three tracks and two side platforms and was used for the Second Avenue line trains. The lower level had two tracks and one island platform and was used by 34th Street shuttle trains. The next stop to the north was 42nd Street. The next stop to the south was 23rd Street. The next eastbound stop on the shuttle was 34th Street Ferry. The next westbound stop on the shuttle was Third Avenue.
Grand Central (IRT elevated station)
Grand Central was the terminal for some trains of the IRT Third Avenue Line. It was part of the original Third Avenue El, which opened on Tuesday, August 27, 1878, and not only served Grand Central Terminal, but its two predecessors, Grand Central Station and Grand Central Depot. When the El north of 42nd Street opened, this segment was reduced to a shuttle, which connected to the mainline at 42nd Street.
Penny Cafeteria
Penny Cafeteria was a vegetarian restaurant located at 511 Third Avenue (Manhattan) between 34th Street and 35th Street. It opened during the Great Depression, in December 1931. The establishment was opened by the Bernarr MacFadden Foundation, begun by publisher Bernarr MacFadden, in September 1930. MacFadden based the concept on a similar business he opened in the winter of 1902, located at City Hall Place. The philanthropist had resources of $5,000,000.
