Condé Nast Building
The Condé Nast Building, officially 4 Times Square, is a modern skyscraper in Times Square in Midtown Manhattan. Located on Broadway between 42nd Street and 43rd, the structure was finished in January 2000 as part of a larger project to redevelop 42nd Street. The building has 48 stories reaching 809 ft (247 m) to make it the 12th tallest building in New York City and the 41st tallest in the United States.

NASDAQ MarketSite (or simply MarketSite) is the physical presence of the NASDAQ stock market. Located in Times Square in New York City, it occupies the North West corner of the bottom of the Condé Nast Building, located at 4 Times Square. The exterior wall of the seven-story cylindrical tower is an LED electronic video display that provides market quotes, financial news and advertisements. It was built in 1999 and made its debut on January 1st, 2000.

American Airlines Theatre
The American Airlines Theatre, originally the Selwyn Theatre, is a historic Italian Renaissance style Broadway theatre built in 1918. It was designed by George Keister and built by the Selwyn brothers. Used for musicals and other dramatic performances it was eventually converted for film. It was used briefly as a visitor's center but stood vacant for years until a 1997 renovation and restoration. It is located at 227 West 42nd Street, New York City.

Hotel Astor (New York)
Hotel Astor was a hotel located in the Times Square area of Manhattan, in operation from 1904 through 1967. The former site of the hotel, the block bounded by Broadway, Astor Plaza, West 44th Street, and West 45th Street, is now occupied by the high-rise 54-story office tower One Astor Plaza.
Paramount Theatre (New York City)
The Paramount Theatre was a noted 3,664 seat movie palace located at 43rd Street and Broadway in the Times Square district of New York City. Opened in 1926, it was premiere showcase and New York headquarters to Paramount Pictures. Adolph Zukor, founder of Paramount Famous Players Film Company, maintained an office in the building until his death in 1976. Paramount Theatre eventually became a popular live performance venue.
The World (WWE)
The World, originally opened as "WWF New York" was a WWE-themed restaurant/nightclub in Times Square in New York, New York, in the Paramount Theatre building on the corner of Broadway and 43rd Street.
Longacre Square
Longacre Square in New York City, the predecessor of Times Square, Manhattan, formed a nexus of important roads to the north of the island at the intersection of 42nd Street, Bloomingdale Road and Seventh Avenue, today in Midtown Manhattan.
Lyric Theatre (New York)
The Lyric Theatre was a prominent Broadway theatre built in 1903 in Manhattan, New York City in the 42nd Street Theater District. It had two entrances, one at 213 West 42nd Street and another at 214-26 West 43rd Street and was one of the few New York houses that had two formal entrances. In 1934, it was converted into a movie theatre which it remained until closing in 1992.

New York City's Theater District (sometimes spelled Theatre District, and officially zoned as the "Theater Subdistrict") is an area in Midtown Manhattan where most Broadway theatres are located, as well as many other theaters, movie theaters, restaurants, hotels, and other places of entertainment. It extends from West 40th Street to West 54th Street, from west of Sixth Avenue to east of Eighth Avenue, and includes Times Square.
Best Buy Theater
The Best Buy Theater (formerly known as the Nokia Theater) in Times Square is an indoor theatre, owned and managed by Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), located on 1515 Broadway, at the corner of Broadway and 44th street. It was designed by architect David Rockwell and opened in September 2005. The venue has a large standing room orchestra section, combined with a large area of seating towards the rear of the auditorium.
Olympia Theatre (New York)
The Olympia Theatre (1514-16 Broadway at 44th Street), also known as Hammerstein's Olympia, was a theatre complex built by impresario Oscar Hammerstein I in Longacre Square, New York City, opening in 1895. It consisted of a theatre, a music hall, a concert hall, and a roof garden. It was later named the New York Theatre and Loew's New York.
Times Square Tower
Times Square Tower is a 47-story, 726-foot (221 m) office tower located at 7 Times Square in Manhattan, New York City, standing at West 41st Street. Started in 2002 and completed in 2004, the tower contains Class A office space. Some of the most prominent features of the Times Square Tower are its billboards, several of which hang on the building's façade. Most of the large signs are found near the base, but one 4-story sign is found above the middle of the building.
March 6, 2008 Times Square bombing
On the morning of March 6, 2008, an unknown individual placed a small bomb in front of a United States armed forces recruiting station in Times Square, located in Midtown Manhattan in New York City. There were no injuries. A security camera shows the bomber riding a bicycle as he approaches the station, dismounting the bike and planting the bomb, and then speeding off shortly before the blast. New York City police has yet to identify the bomber.
Hotel Metropole (New York)
The Hotel Metropole was the first hotel in New York City that had running water in every room. Located at 147 West 43rd Street just off Times Square, the hotel had a list of notable residents including Nick Arnstein and Western lawman turned sports writer Bat Masterson. In the early morning hours of July 16, 1912 the hotel was the site of the murder of Herman Rosenthal. Rosenthal was the owner of several New York gambling dens.
1500 Broadway
1500 Broadway is a skyscraper, located in Times Square, New York City, United States. The skyscraper was completed in 1972 by Arlen Realty & Development Corporation, topping up at 119 meters (392 ft), and has 34 floors. The 1500 Broadway is across the street from the 4 Times Square which houses the NASDAQ market site tower facility. Tenants include Disney, NASDAQ, Hewitt Associates, Fair Isaac, Starbucks, and IIG Capital.
3 Times Square
3 Times Square, also known as the Thomson Reuters Building, is a 32 floor skyscraper in the Times Square district of Midtown Manhattan, New York City, United States. Located on 7th Avenue between 42nd Street and 43rd Street, the building was part of the large 42nd Street redevelopment project. Built in by Tishman Construction, the 885,000-square-foot building serves as the headquarters of Thomson Reuters.
Hotel Claridge
The Hotel Claridge was a 16 story building on Times Square in Manhattan, New York City, at the southeast corner of Broadway and 44th Street. Originally known as the Hotel Rector, it was built of brick in the Beaux-arts style in 1910-11. It operated for 61 years until the building was demolished in 1972.
