Manhattan

Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School
Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School ("Columbia Grammar", "Columbia Prep", "CGPS", "Columbia") is the oldest non-sectarian private school in the United States, located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan (5 West 93rd Street), in New York City, New York. 93rd Street was a station on the demolished IRT Ninth Avenue Line. It had two levels. The lower level was built first and had two tracks and two side platforms and served local trains. The upper level was built as part of the Dual Contracts and had one track that served express trains that bypassed this station. It closed on July 11, 1940. The next southbound stop was 86th Street. The next northbound stop was 99th Street.

Mikell's
Mikell's was a jazz club on the corner of 97th Street and Columbus Avenue, New York. Run by Mike Mikell and Pat Mikell, from 1969 to 1991 it was a regular venue for New York's top studio and session musicians, who would turn up for jam sessions with major soul, funk and jazz artists visiting the city. Paul Shaffer, bandleader for CBS's Late Show with David Letterman, called Mikell's "soul heaven".
161 West 93rd Street
161 West 93rd Street is a building on 93rd Street in Manhattan that was once the home of the Nippon Club, a gentlemen's club for Japanese Americans and Japanese nationals. The club, founded in 1905 by Jokichi Takamine, first occupied a townhouse at 334 Riverside Drive, between 105th and 106th Streets. The Renaissance Revival building at 161 West 93rd Street was designed for the club by the architect John Vredenburgh Van Pelt and erected in 1912.

353 Central Park West
353 Central Park West is a New York City apartment building located at the corner of Central Park West and West 95th Street. The 19-story building with its landmark series of receding terraces creating a tower effect was built in 1992.
Fort Fish
Fort Fish was an earthworks fortification in northern Manhattan in New York City, built in 1814. Its site is now in Central Park on East Drive near 105th Street, directly across from the Central Park Conservancy's composting area. Currently the only memorial on the Fort Fish site is a white marble bench dedicated to the memory of Andrew Haswell Green, the 19th century educator and city planner.
