WPIX, channel 11, is a television station in New York City. WPIX has been owned and operated by the Tribune Company since its inception, and is the flagship station of The CW Television Network. The station's studios and offices are located at the Daily News Building in Midtown Manhattan, and its transmitter is based at the Empire State Building.

WNET, channel 13 (also referred to as Thirteen), is a non-commercial educational public television station licensed to Newark, New Jersey. Manhattan Mall
The Manhattan Mall, owned and managed by Vornado Realty Trust and one of the few indoor shopping malls in New York City, is located at 33rd Street and Sixth Avenue. There are entrances to the 34th Street – Herald Square subway station and the 33rd Street PATH station, on the second basement level. This mall is a high-traffic shopping venue and has had A&S and Sterns as anchor stores in the past. Currently the major anchor store is JC Penney.
Herald Square
Herald Square is formed by the intersection of Broadway, Sixth Avenue (officially named Avenue of the Americas) and 34th Street in the borough of Manhattan in New York City. Named for the New York Herald, a now-defunct newspaper formerly headquartered there, it also gives its name to the surrounding area. The intersection is a typical Manhattan bow-tie square that consists of two named sections: Herald Square to the north (uptown) and Greeley Square to the south (downtown).
WHTZ
WHTZ — branded Z100 — is a commercial pop/contemporary hit radio (CHR) radio station licensed to Newark, New Jersey serving the New York metropolitan area. The station is currently owned by Clear Channel Communications. The WHTZ transmitter is located on the Empire State Building. The call letters are supposed to represent the word "hits"; indeed, an early advertising campaign for the station claimed that HTZ was "The New Way to Spell 'Hits' in New York.

WQHT (97.1 FM, Hot 97) is an American radio station in New York City under the corporate ownership of Emmis Communications. The station broadcasts on 97.1 MHz FM. WQHT. 34th Street (Manhattan)
34th Street is a major cross-town street in the New York City borough of Manhattan, connecting the Lincoln Tunnel and Queens-Midtown Tunnel. Like many of New York City's major crosstown streets, it has its own bus routes and four subway stops serving the A C E trains at Eighth Avenue, the 1 2 3 trains at Seventh Avenue, the B D F M N Q R and PATH trains at Herald Square, and the 4 6 <6> trains at Park Avenue.
34th Street – Herald Square (New York City Subway)
34th Street – Herald Square is an underground station complex on the BMT Broadway Line and the IND Sixth Avenue Line of the New York City Subway, and is the third busiest station in the system with 37,731,386 passengers entering the station in 2011. It is located at Herald Square in Midtown Manhattan where 34th Street, Broadway and Sixth Avenue intersect, and is served by the: D, F, N, and Q trains at all times R train at all times except late nights B and M trains weekdays
33rd Street (PATH station)
The 33rd Street PATH station, opened on November 10, 1910, is located on Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas), between 32nd and 33rd Streets in Manhattan, under Greeley Square and just south of Herald Square. The present station is not the original. When the Independent Subway's Sixth Avenue line was being built in 1936 it was necessary to relocate the H & M 33rd Street station. The original station was closed in December 1937.

Million Dollar Corner is a small plot adjacent to Macy's at 34th Street and Broadway in New York City which sold for a then record million dollars on December 6, 1911.
Redeemer Presbyterian Church (New York City)
Redeemer Presbyterian Church, founded in 1989, is a church located in New York City. Its senior pastor is Timothy J. Keller. Christianity Today called Redeemer "one of Manhattan's most vital congregations."
Hotel McAlpin
The Hotel McAlpin was constructed in 1912 on Herald Square, at the corner of Broadway and 34th street in Manhattan, New York City by General Edwin A. McAlpin, son of David Hunter McAlpin. When opened it was the largest hotel in the world. The hotel was designed by the noted architect Frank Mills Andrews (1867–1948). Andrews also was president of the Greeley Square Hotel Company which first operated the hotel.
Manhattan Theatre
The Manhattan Theatre, directly across from Greeley Square at Sixth Avenue and 33rd Street, was located at 102 West 33rd Street, in New York, NY. It was a 1,100-seat theatre which opened in 1875 as the Eagle Variety Theatre, and later renamed the Standard Theatre in 1878. All but destroyed by a fire in 1883, it was re-built in a more modern style and re-opened in December, 1884. In 1898, the Standard was re-furbished by architect Howard Constable and renamed the Manhattan.
33rd Street (IRT Sixth Avenue Line)
33rd Street was a station on the demolished IRT Sixth Avenue Line. It had two tracks and two side platforms. It was served by trains from the IRT Sixth Avenue Line. It closed on December 4, 1938. The next southbound stop was 28th Street. The next northbound stop was 38th Street.
Keens Steakhouse
Keens Steakhouse is a steakhouse restaurant located at 72 West 36th Steet (between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue) in the Garment District in Manhattan, New York City. The restaurant houses more than 50,000 smoking pipes.
Harding Building
Harding Building was an edifice located at 147 - 151 West 35th Street in Manhattan, New York. Six stories tall, it was 66.8 by 100 feet and stood opposite the R.H. Macy & Company building. It adjoined the northeast corner of 7th Avenue (Manhattan). Formerly the Hotel Sturtevant, it had been owned by Edwin Gould and associates until May 1910. It was remodeled by Maurice and Wolf Forman in 1921 and made into a business building. The Harding Building was purchased by new owners in July 1923.
Hotel Pierrepont
Hotel Pierrepont was an establishment located at 43 West 32nd Street between Broadway and Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, New York City. Completed in 1906, the building was twelve stories tall, made of fireproof brick and stone. It had a cellar and a subcellar. It had one hundred seventy rooms, with single rooms and suites, and ninety bathrooms. The edifice measured fifty-nine feet by ninety-eight and nine tenths feet. It was located adjacent to the Rogers Peet building.
Garrick Theatre (New York)
The Garrick Theatre was a 910 seat theatre built in 1890 and located on 67 West 35th Street New York. Designed by Francis Hatch Kimball and commissioned by Edward Harrigan, who managed the theatre, originally named Harringan's Theatre, until 1895. Richard Mansfield took over from Harrigan, renaming it the Garrick. Charles Frohman assumed management from 1896 until 1915. The Shuberts bought it in 1916 and leased it to Otto Kahn, who named it Théâtre du Vieux-Colombier.
Holy Innocents' Church (New York City)
The Church of the Holy Innocents is a Roman Catholic parish church in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located at 126 West 37th Street at Broadway, Manhattan, New York City.
38th Street (IRT Sixth Avenue Line)
38th Street was a station on the demolished IRT Sixth Avenue Line. It had two tracks and two side platforms. It was served by trains from the IRT Sixth Avenue Line. It opened in late 1913, as an infill station and closed on December 4, 1938. The next southbound stop was 33rd Street. The next northbound stop was 42nd Street.
Tannen's Magic Shop
Tannen's Magic Shop is the oldest operating magic shop in New York City. It was founded by Louis Tannen in 1925. The shop sponsors Tannen's Magic Camp, a summer camp for young magicians, held since 1974, Tannen's Magic Shop Jubilee convention, where the LOUIE award is given and Tannen's Magic School in New York City.
