The Rainbow Room was an upscale Northern Italian restaurant and nightclub on the 65th floor of the GE Building (which one entered on 49th Street, between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue) in Rockefeller Center, Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Opened in 1934, it was the first restaurant to be located in a high-rise setting. Suffering from a decline in business following the 2008 economic reversal, the restaurant closed in 2009.
383 Madison Avenue
383 Madison Avenue is an office building owned by JP Morgan Chase in New York City, located on Madison Avenue between 46th and 47th Streets. Formerly known as the Bear Stearns Building, it housed the world headquarters of the now-defunct investment bank from the building's completion until Bear's collapse and sale to JPMorgan Chase in 2008. Designed by David Childs of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, it is 755 ft (230 m) tall with 47 floors.
Center Theatre (New York City)
The Center Theatre seating 3,500 was located at 1230 Sixth Avenue, the southeast corner of West 49th Street in Rockefeller Center in Manhattan, New York City. Originally designed as a movie palace in 1932, it later achieved fame as a showcase for live musical ice-skating spectacles. It was demolished in 1954, the only building in the original Rockefeller Center complex to have been torn down.

Windsor Hotel (Manhattan)
The Windsor Hotel was located at 575 Fifth Avenue (at the corner of East 47th Street) in Manhattan, New York. The seven-story hotel opened in 1873, at a time when hotel residency was becoming popular with the wealthy, and was advertised as "the most comfortable and homelike hotel in New York. " It burned down in 1899 with great loss of life.

Charles Scribner's Sons Building
Charles Scribner's Sons Building is a building in Manhattan at 597 Fifth Avenue, built 1912–13 to house the Scribner's Bookstore. It was designed by Ernest Flagg in a Beaux Arts style. Among its many details are piers anchoring three large bays which include four medallions with busts of printers: Benjamin Franklin, William Caxton, Johann Gutenberg, and Aldus Manutius.

Atlas (statue)
Atlas is a bronze statue in front of Rockefeller Center in midtown Manhattan, New York City, across Fifth Avenue from St. Patrick's Cathedral. The sculpture depicts the Ancient Greek Titan Atlas holding the heavens. It was created by sculptor Lee Lawrie with the help of Rene Paul Chambellan, and it was installed in 1937. The sculpture is in the Art Deco style, as is the entire Rockefeller Center.
Hale Building
