New Lots Avenue (IRT New Lots Line)
New Lots Avenue is the eastern terminal of the IRT New Lots Line of the New York City Subway. It has two tracks and one island platform, and is the terminal for some rush hour 2 and 5 trips, the 3 train at all times but late nights, and the 4 train during late nights (as well as a few rush hour trains). The station has an active tower and crew quarters at platform level. Railroad south of the station, the tracks curve into Livonia Yard.
Van Siclen Avenue (IRT New Lots Line)
Van Siclen Avenue is a station on the IRT New Lots Line of the New York City Subway, located at the intersection of Van Siclen Avenue and Livonia Avenue in Brooklyn. It has two side platforms and two tracks with space for a center track that was never installed, as well as a wooden mezzanine. It is served by the 3 at all times except late nights when it is replaced by the 4 train. Some rush hour 2, 4 and 5 trains also stop here.

East New York is a residential neighborhood located in the Eastern section of the borough of Brooklyn in New York City, United States. The neighborhood is part of Brooklyn Community Board 5. Its boundaries, starting from the north and moving clockwise are: Cypress Hills Cemetery to the north, the Borough of Queens to the east, Jamaica Bay to the south, and the Bay Ridge Branch railway tracks next to Van Sinderen Avenue to the west.

City Line is a sub-section of the East New York neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York City, bordering the neighborhoods of Cypress Hills to the north and Ozone Park, Queens to the east, and Conduit Blvd. to the south. The neighborhood is named "City Line" for its location in the former City of Brooklyn near the border with Queens County before Brooklyn and parts of Queens County were consolidated into New York City in 1898. City Line is one of the most ethnically diverse neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
Liberty Avenue (IND Fulton Street Line)
Liberty Avenue, is a local station on the IND Fulton Street Line of the New York City Subway. It is served by the C train at all times except late nights when it is replaced by the A train. The exit is in the center with two stairways to a crossover to Liberty and Pennsylvania Avenues. Old signs indicate “To Manhattan” and “To Richmond Hill and Ozone Park” and “Public Telephone” (although there aren't any phones). At platform level there was a wide area under the stairways now used for storage.

Van Siclen Avenue is a local station on the IND Fulton Street Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of Van Siclen and Pitkin Avenues in Brooklyn, it is served by the C train at all times except late nights, when the A train provides service. There is a crossover and a single double wide stairway to the mezzanine. There are no ads in the station.

The J train serves this station at all times, while the Z train bypasses when it operates. The small mezzanine is at the south end on platform level. It has wooden floors and walls. The canopy is short and has arched supports.

Van Siclen Avenue is a skip-stop station on the BMT Jamaica Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of Fulton Street and Van Siclen Avenue in Brooklyn, it is served by the Z train during rush hours in the peak direction, and by the J train other times. This station was rehabilitated in Summer–Fall 2006. The canopy is short and has a squared off, flat roof-line. There is a center mezzanine under the tracks with wooden floors and walls.
Highland Park, Brooklyn
Highland Park is a park located on the Brooklyn-Queens border. The name is also applied to the Brooklyn neighborhood to its south, commonly regarded as part of the East New York neighborhood. Highland Park was created on the land immediately surrounding Ridgewood Reservoir that was purchased by the City of Brooklyn in 1891 under the jurisdiction of the Highland Park Society.
William H. Maxwell Career and Technical Education High School
William H. Maxwell Career and Technical High School is a vocational high school in Brooklyn, New York. It lies on Pennsylvania Avenue in the upper half of the East New York neighborhood. It is near the Liberty Avenue Station on the C Train local IND train. The building was built in 1912, but it was re-chartered as a high school in 1950. The school offers vocational training in a variety of subjects, including cosmetology, fashion, medical assisting and related visual instruction.
