Fordham University
Fordham University is a private, nonprofit, coeducational research university based in New York City, United States. It was founded by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York in 1841 as St. John's College, placed in the care of the Society of Jesus shortly thereafter, and has since become an independent institution under a lay board of trustees, which describes the University as "in the Jesuit tradition.
Arthur Avenue
Arthur Avenue is a street in the Fordham section of New York City's northernmost borough, The Bronx. It was once the heart of the Bronx's "Little Italy". "Little Italy" generally refers to Arthur Avenue and East 187th Street. Although the historical and commercial center of Little Italy is Arthur Avenue itself, the area stretches across East 187th Street from Arthur Avenue to Prospect Avenue, and is similarly lined with delis, bakeries, cafes and various Italian merchants.
Fordham (Metro-North station)
The Fordham (also known as Fordham – East 190th Street) Metro-North Railroad station serves the residents of the Fordham neighborhood of the Bronx, New York via the Harlem Line and New Haven Line. It is the only Harlem Line stop in the Bronx that is an express station. It is 8.9 miles from Grand Central Terminal. The platforms are situated just below street level and feature two expanded side platforms that serve eight cars each, on the outer tracks.

Theodore Roosevelt High School (New York City)
Theodore Roosevelt High School was a public high school located in The Bronx, New York City, United States. It was first organized November 14, 1918. When Theodore Roosevelt died on January 6, 1919, the Board of Education decided to give the school his name. The school's sports teams are known as Rough Riders, in honor of the 1st United States Volunteer Cavalry, the unit organized by Colonel (later President) Roosevelt. The school mascot is the teddy bear.
Rose Hill Gymnasium
Rose Hill Gymnasium is a 3,470-seat multi-purpose arena on the Rose Hill campus of Fordham University in The Bronx, New York City. The arena, which opened in 1925, is the oldest on-campus venue currently in use by a NCAA Division I basketball team and the second-oldest overall, with the oldest being Matthews Arena used by Northeastern University which opened in 1910. It also houses the volleyball & women's basketball teams.
William D. Walsh Family Library
The William D. Walsh Family Library, which opened in 1997, is located at Fordham University's Rose Hill Campus in the Bronx. In its 2004 edition of The Best 351 Colleges, the Princeton Review ranked Fordham’s William D. Walsh Family Library fifth in the country, ahead of Yale, Harvard, and Columbia. The library occupies over 240,000 square feet on five floors, and contains more than 1,000,000 volumes and 380,000 U.S. government documents.
Coffey Field
Jack Coffey Field is a 7,000-seat multi-purpose stadium in The Bronx, New York. It is home to the Fordham University Rams football team. The facility opened in 1930. The field is named for former Fordham baseball coach Jack Coffey. The facility also includes Houlihan Park, home of the Fordham Rams baseball team.
