Tingley Beach

Tingley Beach is a recreational area in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, located south of Central Avenue on the east side of the Rio Grande. It is part of the Albuquerque Biological Park complex. The series of ponds, originally known as Conservancy Beach, was built during the 1930s by diverting water from the Rio Grande and later renamed in honor of Clyde Tingley. After the beach was closed to swimmers in the 1950s, it was used primarily for fishing.

Santa Fe Railway Shops (Albuquerque)

The former Santa Fe Railway Shops in Albuquerque, New Mexico, consist of eighteen surviving buildings erected between 1915 and 1925. The complex is located south of downtown in the Barelas neighborhood, bounded by Second Street, Hazeldine Avenue, Commercial Street, and Pacific Avenue. The shops were one of four major maintenance facilities constructed by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, the others being located in Topeka, Kansas, Cleburne, Texas, and San Bernardino, California.

Tingley Field

Tingley Field (originally named Rio Grande Park) was a baseball stadium in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which served as the home of professional baseball in Albuquerque from 1937 to 1968. It could accommodate 5000 fans, with seating for 3000. The stadium was located at the intersection of 10th Street and Atlantic Avenue, across the street from the Rio Grande Zoo.

Lobo Special Events Platform (Rail Runner station)

The Lobo Special Events Platform is a special events platform on the New Mexico Rail Runner Express commuter rail line. MRCOG created the station in 2009 to provide a commuter transportation alternative to University of New Mexico sports games as well as games of the Albuquerque Isotopes minor baseball team at Isotopes Park. The station is only opened during sporting events, and has no permanent service. Bus shuttles provide service from the platform to the Stadiums.
