Albuquerque Biological Park
The Albuquerque Biological Park (or Albuquerque BioPark) is an environmental museum located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It contains four separate facilities: Albuquerque Aquarium - 285,000-US-gallon ocean tank containing Gulf of Mexico saltwater species from estuaries, surf zone, shallow waters, coral reefs, and ocean. Rio Grande Botanic Garden - 36 acres, including a 10,000-square-foot glass conservatory housing plants from desert and Mediterranean climate zones.

The ABQ Biopark Botanic Garden is a 36-acre botanical garden located located at 2601 Central Avenue NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico, beside the Rio Grande. The garden showcases plants of the Southwest and other arid climates, and includes a 10,000-square-foot conservatory, formal themed gardens, and a demonstration garden. One wing of the glass conservatory houses colorful plants native to Mediterranean climates zones of Spain, Portugal, Turkey, South Africa, Australia, Chile and California.
Old Town Albuquerque
Old Town is a historic district in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dating back to the founding of the city by the Spanish in 1706. Today it is a popular shopping and tourist destination. Old Town comprises about ten blocks of historic adobe buildings grouped around a central plaza (a common feature of Spanish colonial towns). Many of the buildings in Old Town are houses that have been converted into restaurants and small art and souvenir shops.
Tingley Beach
Tingley Beach is a recreational area in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, located south of Central Avenue on the east side of the Rio Grande. It is part of the Albuquerque Biological Park complex. The series of ponds, originally known as Conservancy Beach, was built during the 1930s by diverting water from the Rio Grande and later renamed in honor of Clyde Tingley. After the beach was closed to swimmers in the 1950s, it was used primarily for fishing.

The ABQ Biopark Aquarium, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States is a facility of the Albuquerque Biological Park and is located next door to the Rio Grande Botanic Garden. The ABQ Biopark Aquarium exhibits Gulf of Mexico saltwater species from a variety of habitats, including surf zone, shallow waters, coral reefs, open ocean and deep ocean. The highlight of the aquarium is a 285,000 gallon shark tank with a 38-foot -wide, 9-foot -high, 8-inch-thick acrylic viewing window.

KABQ (1350 AM, "Progressive Talk 1350") is a radio station in Albuquerque, New Mexico, owned by Clear Channel. The station features a news and talk format that started in August 2004. It signed on the air in 1947 on 1490 kHz. It moved to 1340 kHz in 1949 then to 1350 kHz in 1959.
KRKE
KRKE is an American radio station based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is licensed to Vanguard Media LLC and operated by R3 Communications. It broadcasts a 1970s and 1980s classic hits music format as "Kool 94.5" and is owned by Vanguard Media LLC. Craig Collins has been program Director since 2006. The KRKE line up features long-time Albuquerque personalities "Double C" Craig Collins and Barbara Fox. Weekends feature Elvis Only, Dick Clark & Wolfman Jack.
Albuquerque Little Theatre
The Albuquerque Little Theatre was founded in 1930 by a group of civic-minded citizens led by Irene Fisher, a reporter and the society editor for the New Mexico Tribune. The idea of a local theatre group was born when Fisher attended a lecture by a professional actress named Kathryn Kennedy O'Connor who moved to New Mexico for health reasons in 1927. Fisher led the campaign to raise an operating budget of $1,000 and O'Connor was hired as the theatre's director.
