Harmony Township, New Jersey
Harmony Township is a township located in the far eastern region of the Lehigh Valley in Warren County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, its population was 2,667. Harmony Township was incorporated as a township by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 8, 1839, from portions of Greenwich Township and Oxford Township, based on the results of a referendum held that day. Phillipsburg Township was created March 7, 1851, from portions of the township.

As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 8,014, reflecting an increase of 2,249 (+39.0%) from the 5,765 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 713 (+14.1%) from the 5,052 counted in the 1990 Census. The township is part of the eastern region of the Lehigh Valley.

Warren County Farmers' Fair Balloon Festival
The Warren County Farmers' Fair Balloon Festival was started in 2001 and takes place during the week of the County Fair in Warren County, New Jersey. The Fair itself was established in 1937 by the Warren County Farmers' Fair Association. The event is a non-profit 501(c)6, agriculture in nature. The balloon festival was started by pilot Fred Grotenhuis, who has flown hot air balloons since the mid 80's. The festival began with approximately 15 balloons and to date has grown to about 30 balloons.
