Toms River
The Toms River, formerly Tom's River, is a 41.7-mile-long freshwater river and estuary in Ocean County, New Jersey in the United States. The Toms River rises in the Pine Barrens of northern Ocean County and flows southeast and east, fed by several branches, in a meandering course through wetland area and empties into Barnegat Bay, an inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The lower 5 mi (8 km) of the river is a broad tidal estuary navigable within the community of Toms River.
Community Medical Center
Community Medical Center is a hospital in Toms River, New Jersey. The original hospital, Community Memorial Hospital, was small with only 50 beds and 15 physicians, but was expanded in the 1980s with a five-level parking garage and a new four-story section of patient rooms. The hospital has been undergoing another expansion since 2004; when completed, the hospital will have the largest emergency department on the East Coast of the United States.
Toms River High School North
Toms River High School North is a four-year public high school, and was the second high school established in Toms River, in Ocean County, New Jersey, United States, operating as part of the Toms River Regional Schools. The school opened in 1969 when the original high school was found to be too small to accommodate the fast-growing community. However, the first class to graduate wasn't until 1971, since all of the seniors were kept at the TRHSS for the class of 1970.
Monsignor Donovan High School
Monsignor Donovan High School (often referred to as simply MonDon) is the only Roman Catholic High School in Ocean County, New Jersey, United States, and operates under the supervision of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Trenton. Located in the coastal community of Toms River Township, the school originally opened in 1962 as St. Joseph High, but was renamed after its founder, Msgr. Lawrence Donovan in 1983.

Toms River Fest is a major festival event held at the campus of Toms River High School North in Toms River Township, New Jersey, during the summers of 2005, 2006 and 2008. It was selected by the American Bus Association as one of the Top 100 Events in North America for Group Travel 2006. The festival, originally conceived as an annual event, was not held in 2007, 2009 and 2010.
Pine Belt Arena
Pine Belt Arena, formerly known as Poland Spring Arena, is a 3,208-seat multi-purpose arena in Toms River, New Jersey. It opened in 2003 as the Ritacco Center. It hosts various local concerts and sporting events for the area. The arena is used for high school basketball, being home to the Toms River North Mariners's basketball teams as well as teams from other high schools in Toms River. The arena can seat 3,208 for basketball. For trade shows, Pine Belt Arena has 19,939 square feet of space.
