Morris County is a county located in the U.S. state of New Jersey, about 25 mi west of New York City. According to the 2010 United States Census, the population was 492,276, up from the 470,212 at the 2000 Census, retaining its status as the tenth-most populous county in the state. It is part of the New York Metropolitan Area. Its county seat is Morristown. Morris County was the eighth-wealthiest county in the United States by median household income, and ranked tenth by per capita income.

County College of Morris (commonly referred to as CCM) is a public community college located in Randolph, New Jersey. The college was founded in 1966, and first opened its doors to students in 1968. Randolph High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school serving students in grades nine through twelve from Randolph, in Morris County, New Jersey, operating as part of the Randolph Township Schools. The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Secondary Schools since 1973. A new addition was completed for the 2007-08 school year with an extended cafeteria and new second floor wing.
Youngtown Edition
The Youngtown Edition is a college newspaper published continually by students attending the County College of Morris since the opening of the college in Fall 1968. The newspaper is published biweekly and is distributed across the college campus. The newspaper covers campus issues, profiles students and professors, and world issues that may impact the campus. The Youngtown Edition has won four (4) Gold Crown awards, given out by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association (2004, 2006–07, 2009).
