Hazlet, New Jersey
Hazlet is a township in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 20,334, reflecting a decline of 1,044 (-4.9%) from the 21,378 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 598 (-2.7%) from the 21,976 counted in the 1990 Census. What is now Hazlet Township was originally incorporated as Raritan Township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 25, 1848, from portions of Middletown Township.

Centerville, New Jersey
Centerville was a hamlet in Readington Township, New Jersey along Campbell's Brook and Old York Road. Centerville grew up because of a tavern that marked the halfway point on the long Swift Sure Stage Line route from New York to Philadelphia. The hamlet had a school, a store, a post office, a church and blacksmith. When the railroads and newer roads were built, Centerville saw few visitors and today all the buildings there are residences.
Route 35 Drive-In
Lowe's Route 35 Drive-In was a drive-in theater in Hazlet, New Jersey. Loew's Rt. 35 opened in 1956 and closed on September 4, 1991. Originally known as an Open Air Theatre, the drive-in attracted customers who traveled “down the shore” to the Keansburg Amusement Pier which was nearby. A concession stand stood in the middle of the field providing traditional boardwalk food such as hot dogs, hamburgers and pizza in addition to the movie fare of popcorn and candies.

The Vietnam Era Museum & Educational Center is located in Holmdel Township, New Jersey, United States. The Vietnam Era Museum & Educational Center opened in 1998 and is located adjacent to the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans Memorial, which was constructed in 1995. The 5,000-square-foot facility had a construction budget of $3.5 million; it was intended to provide a balanced view of the controversial war. When opened it was the only museum of its kind in the United States.
