East Newark, New Jersey
East Newark is a borough in Hudson County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 2,406, reflecting an increase of 29 (+1.2%) from the 2,377 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 220 (+10.2%) from the 2,157 counted in the 1990 Census. The borough is a suburb of the nearby city of Newark.

Route 158 (also known as the Centre Street Bridge) was a short state highway in Newark, New Jersey and Harrison, New Jersey in the counties of Essex and Hudson, which are located in the United States. The Centre Street Bridge was first constructed in 1834 as a single-level railroad bridge. However, in 1911, almost eight decades later, a second, upper level was constructed for rapid transit.

William A. Stickel Memorial Bridge
The William A. Stickel Memorial Bridge is a vertical-lift bridge in New Jersey that crosses the Passaic River, connecting Newark and Harrison as part of Interstate 280. The bridge is named in honor of William A. Stickel, a civil engineer from Newark who served as the Essex County engineer for over 20 years. The bridge was constructed from 1948 to 1949 as Route 25A and is owned and operated by the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "A", the lowest of eight groupings.
Bridge Street Bridge (Newark)
The Bridge Street Bridge is a swing bridge over the Passaic River connecting Newark and Harrison, New Jersey. It is the 10th bridge from the river's mouth at Newark Bay and is 5.7 miles upstream from it. Carrying vehicular traffic, the roadway is designated County Route 508. The span is a rim-bearing Pratt thru truss swing span supported on ashlar substructure with concrete caps originally built by the American Bridge Company. It opened in 1913 and underwent significant rehabilitation in 1981.
NX Bridge
The NX Bridge is an out-of-service railroad bridge on the Passaic River between Newark and Kearny, New Jersey. It is the 13th bridge from the river's mouth at Newark Bay and is 6.5 miles upstream from it. The bascule bridge (sometimes called a jackknife bridge), built by the Erie Railroad and once part of its Newark Branch, has been abandoned in the raised position.

Clay Street Bridge
The Clay Street Bridge is a bridge on the Passaic River between Newark and East Newark, New Jersey. The swing bridge is the 13th bridge from the river's mouth at Newark Bay and is 6.1 miles upstream from it. Opened in 1903, the Warren through truss rim-bearing bridge was substantially rehabilitated in 1975-1976, its original working parts now part of the collection of the Newark Museum.
