Saint Thomas Academy
Saint Thomas Academy (abbr. St. Thomas Academy or STA), originally known as Saint Thomas Aquinas Seminary, and formerly known as Saint Thomas Military Academy is the only all male, Roman Catholic, college-preparatory, military high school in Minnesota. It is located in Mendota Heights near Saint Paul. The Academy has a middle school (grades 7 and 8) and a high school (grades 9-12). The high school students are required to participate in Army JROTC.

Convent of the Visitation School, also known as Visitation, is an independent, Roman Catholic, college-preparatory, school in Minnesota. It is located in Mendota Heights near Saint Paul. Visitation is a coeducational school for grades PreK-grade 6 and all-girls for grades 7-12. Pike Island
Pike Island is an island at the confluence of the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers in the southwestern part of St. Paul in the Twin Cities metropolitan area of Minnesota, USA. The island is now part of Fort Snelling State Park. It is a portion of the 100,000 acres of land purchased from the Mdewakanton Sioux Indians by Zebulon Pike in September 1805. Pike's Purchase was later to become Fort Snelling, Minneapolis, and St. Paul. The U.S.
Lexington Bridge (Mississippi River)
Lexington Bridge is a plate girder bridge that spans the Mississippi River between St. Paul, Minnesota and Lilydale, Minnesota. It was built in 2004 by the Minnesota Department of Transportation. The original Lexington Bridge was built in 1965 as part of the proposed construction of Interstate 35E. However, the bridge did not see much use for a while, because I-35E was not completed between Lilydale and Burnsville until the mid-1980s.
