Perani Arena and Event Center
The Perani Arena and Event Center (originally IMA Sports Arena) is a sports, entertainment and convention venue in Flint, Michigan, USA. It was built in 1969. The main arena of the complex, the largest exhibit hall of complex, features 29,280 square feet of space and can accommodate 4,021 for ice hockey and 6,069 for concerts, plus 400 in standing room. It is the home the Michigan Warriors of the North American Hockey League. The second arena in the complex feaures 27,206 square feet of space.

Courtland Center is an enclosed shopping mall in Burton, Michigan, a suburb of Flint, Michigan, USA. It opened in 1968, two years before the larger Genesee Valley Center on the other side of the Flint metropolitan area. Courtland Center comprises more than sixty inline tenants, including four anchor stores: JCPenney, Dunham's Sports, Staples, and Jo-Ann Etc. The mall is owned by Tucker Development.
Dort Mall
Dort Mall (formerly Small Mall and Mid-America Plaza) is a shopping mall located in Flint, Michigan. It was built in 1963, five years before Courtland Center and seven years before Genesee Valley Center, making it the oldest mall in Genesee County. It is owned by the Perani family, who also owns Perani's Hockey World, which along with Bargain Hunterz, is one of the mall's anchor tenants.
