Bay City, Michigan
Bay City is a city in Bay County, Michigan, located near the base of the Saginaw Bay on Lake Huron. As of the 2010 census, the city's population was 34,932, and is the principal city of the Bay City Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is included in the Saginaw-Bay City-Saginaw Township North Combined Statistical Area. The city, along with nearby Midland and Saginaw, form the "Tri-Cities" region, which has more recently been called the "Great Lakes Bay" region.

Wenona was a historical settlement in the U.S. state of Michigan, located in what is now Bay City at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:43|35|52|N|83|53|53|W|region:US-MI_type:city_scale:30000_source:GNIS | |name=West Bay City }}. The village was founded in 1863 by Henry W. Sage (1814-1897), a merchant and philanthropist, who along with John McGraw also founded the Sage, McGraw & Company sawmill on the west bank of the Saginaw River.

Lafayette Avenue Bridge
The Lafayette Avenue Bridge is a set of two small bridges located in Bay City, Michigan. It carries M-13 and M-84 over the Saginaw River. It is maintained by the Michigan Department of Transportation, and is the oldest of four drawbridges in Bay City. Heading east, the first bridge carries M-13/M-84 from the western shore of the river to Middle Ground Island. The second bridge, a small drawbridge carries the road from the island to the eastern shore of the river.
Liberty Bridge (Bay City, Michigan)
The Liberty Bridge is a drawbridge located in Bay City, Michigan. It spans the Saginaw River and connects Vermont Street (on the west side of the river) and Woodside Avenue (on the east side). The Liberty Bridge was built to replace the Third Street Bridge, a small swing bridge dating from 1890 that was located just south of the current Liberty Bridge.
Veterans Memorial Bridge (Bay City, Michigan)
The Veterans Memorial Bridge is a drawbridge located in Bay City, Michigan. It carries Michigan Route M-25 over the Saginaw River. Its location is just south of Wenona Park (on the east side of the river), and Veteran's Park (on the west side). The Veterans Memorial Bridge opened in 1957, the same year as the Mackinac Bridge. It was also Bay City's first four-lane bridge. The bridge was temporarily closed to road traffic on July 7, 2012, for the Bay City Fireworks Festival.

The organization was founded in the United States in 1979 by equipment manufacturer Valley-Dynamo as the Valley 8-Ball League Association.
