Mansfield (MBTA station)
Mansfield is a commuter rail station on the MBTA's Providence/Stoughton Line located in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The station was rebuilt in 2004, and is the second replacement station for Mansfield. It is also the south end of a former Old Colony Railroad line that runs north through Walpole and Medfield Junction into Framingham. A portion of this line is used for commuters heading to the Foxboro station at Gillette Stadium.

Lake Massapoag is the headwater of the Canoe River, which flows south to join the Taunton River and empty into Narragansett Bay. Stoughtonham Furnace Site
Stoughtonham Furnace Site is the site of a colonial-era iron foundry in Foxborough and Sharon, Massachusetts. First established in the 1760s, the site drew the attention of artillery colonel Richard Gridley following the outbreak of the American Revolutionary War in 1775. Gridley and some business partners acquired the property, and the foundry produced cannons and ammunition for the Continental Army throughout the war.
