Suitland-Silver Hill, Maryland
Suitland-Silver Hill was a census-designated place (CDP) in Prince George's County, Maryland, United States, for the 2000 U.S. Census. The census area included the separate unincorporated communities of Silver Hill and Suitland, and other smaller communities. The population was 33,515 at the 2000 census. For the 2010 census, the CDP was separated into Silver Hill and Suitland. The community was named for a 19th century landowner, State Senator Samuel Taylor Suit and his estate.
Suitland (WMATA station)
Suitland is an island platformed Washington Metro station in unincorporated Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. The station was opened on January 13, 2001, and is operated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). Providing service for only the Green Line, the station is located at Silver Hill Road and Suitland Parkway. Groundbreaking for the final segment of the Green Line occurred on September 23, 1995, and the station opened on January 13, 2001.

Suitland Manor is a neighborhood in the unincorporated community of Suitland in Prince George's County. It is located on the northern side of the intersection of Md. Rt 218 (Suitland Road) and Md. Rt 458 (Silver Hill Road). Directly across Suitland Road is the Suitland Federal Center, which is home to the national headquarters of the United States Census Bureau, as well as other government agencies.

The Paul E. Garber Preservation, Restoration, and Storage Facility is located in Suitland, Maryland, USA. The facility, also nicknamed "Silver Hill", is where the Smithsonian Institution's National Air and Space Museum restores aircraft, spacecraft, and other artifacts. It is named in honor of Paul E. Garber, a Smithsonian curator who devoted most of his career to maintaining a collection of historic aircraft.
Cedar Hill Cemetery (Maryland)
Cedar Hill Cemetery, previously known as Forest Lake Cemetery, and also formerly Nonesuch Plantation, is a cemetery located in Suitland, Maryland. Its current name was implemented in 1913. It is over 150 acres in size and the oldest tombstone reads "Philenia W. Patte, Nov. 19, 1871, 58 years". There is a mass grave for the victims of the Terra Cotta Railroad wreck at this cemetery. One person of note buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery is George Keefe, a one-time professional baseball player.
