Glenelg High School
Glenelg High School is located in the "west side" portion of Howard County, Maryland. The second high school in Howard County, after Howard High School, Glenelg opened its doors in 1958. The original county championship trophy was called the "Elgard," a combination of the names of both county schools.

Glenelg Country School is a nonsectarian, co-educational independent day school in Howard County, Maryland, adjacent to Columbia, Maryland and between Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
