Fort McHenry Tunnel
The Fort McHenry Tunnel is a four-tube, bi-directional tunnel that carries traffic underneath the Baltimore Harbor. It is named for nearby Fort McHenry. The tunnel, which opened on November 23, 1985, closed a gap in the East Coast’s most significant interstate route, Interstate 95, between Maine and Florida. At the time of its opening it was the most expensive underwater tunnel project in the United States, but that figure has since been surpassed by the Big Dig project in Boston.

New Era Academy is an innovation high school serving grades 9 through 12, located in the Cherry Hill neighborhood of South Baltimore, Maryland. It is operated as an "innovation high school" by Replications, Inc. for the Baltimore City Public School System. The school was changed to a transformation school for 2010-2011 school year serving grades 6-7/9-12. The school opened in 2003, serving students citywide. It is expected to have about 400 students at full capacity.

Patapsco (Baltimore Light Rail station)
The Patapsco Light Rail Stop is one of 33 stops on the Baltimore Light Rail. The stop is located along Patapsco Avenue from which its name is derived. The station serves as a hub for several MTA bus routes. The Patapsco stop was the final stop along the line for a period from September 1992 until April 1993, when the line was extended to Linthicum. The station has 216 spaces for commuters, some of that allow for overnight parking.

Cherry Hill (Baltimore Light Rail station)
Cherry Hill is a stop on the Baltimore Light Rail system. There is currently no free public parking at this station, but connections can be made to 3 of MTA Maryland's buses from here. The Cherry Hill stop is accessible to the streets via a walking tunnel. When the station opened in 1992, this raised concerns about safety, as the tunnel could be a hideout for muggers.
Baltimore Highlands (Baltimore Light Rail station)
Baltimore Highlands is a stop on the Baltimore Light Rail system. There are currently 50 free parking spaces. There are no bus connections at this station. The Baltimore Highlands stop currently does not have any bus lines operating directly around the station, though buses do operate on Annapolis Road nearby. When the station opened in 1993, it was served by Route 30. But complaints from area residents forced buses to be diverted to the nearby Patapsco stop, where they operate today.
MedStar Harbor Hospital
MedStar Harbor Hospital is a not-for-profit, 193-bed acute care teaching hospital facility located at 3001 South Hanover Street in downtown Baltimore, Maryland, on the Patapsco River. In FY 2007, it served 13,093 inpatients. MedStar Harbor Hospital's areas of specialty include Orthopaedics, Oncology, Women's Services, and Neurosurgery. MedStar Harbor Hospital offers a residency training program in internal medicine and a transitional program that prepares residents to specialize in other areas.
Nursery Road (Baltimore Light Rail station)
Nursery Road is a stop on the Baltimore Light Rail system, located in Pumphrey, Maryland. There are 37 free parking spaces and connections can be made to MTA Maryland's Route 17 bus from here. Though officially located at 6825 Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard the actual location of the Nursery Road stop is at the corner of Nursery Road and South Old Annapolis Road. Nursery Road is designated Maryland Route 168 west of Baltimore & Annapolis Boulevard, and a local street east of Route 648.
North Linthicum (Baltimore Light Rail station)

Wagner's Point, Baltimore

Centre at Glen Burnie
Glen Burnie Mall located in Glen Burnie, Maryland originally opened in 1962. At the time of its opening it had Montgomery Ward as an anchor as well as A&P. Other smaller tenants included G.C. Murphy. The mall also hosted a one screen movie theater, that closed in the early 1980s and was converted to other retail use. In the 1970s and 1980s, other larger stores came into the mall as well. This included Toys R' Us as well as Epstein's.
