Harrington is a town in Washington County, Maine, United States. The population was 1,004 at the 2010 census. Harrington is an old seafaring and shipbuilding village.
Narraguagus High School
Narraguagus High School is a regional secondary school in Harrington, Maine providing education to the communities of Addison, Cherryfield, Columbia, Columbia Falls, Harrington, and Milbridge. The school is operated by Maine School Administrative District 37 and is named for the Narraguagus River, which flows through the towns of Cherryfield and Milbridge. The school has 280 students in grades 9–12. The school is 96.4% white, and 3.6% other ethnicities as of a 2005 census.
Mill River (Harrington Bay)
The Mill River is a short river in Washington County, Maine. From its source in Cherryfield, the river runs 7.8 miles southeast to Flat Bay and its confluence with the Harrington River. Its lower length forms the border between the towns of Milbridge and Harrington.
